I'm Angeli Paak , craving something spicy .
Tonight , try this incredibly flavorful chicken and potato curry recipe .
I've got some onions sauteing and I'm ready to add my pound of boneless chicken .
I just wanna make sure that my chicken seals .
When you think of Indian food , you probably think , well , that's just too difficult to cook at home .
Indian curry is a really complex blend of spices .
I have to go to a restaurant for Indian food Paak range of concentrated paste .
Take the hard work out of cooking Indian at home .
In fact , some of our products are actually used in restaurants .
They are expertly crafted from the finest herbs and spices .
The mass paste is hot and spicy , with flavours of cumin and chilli .
This is the curry I'll use in this dish .
So I'm just gonna add in three tablespoons of paste .
Smells incredible .
All those fantastic spices .
I'm gonna add a little bit of water to prevent those spices from burning , and I'm gonna let those flavours infuse .
Just for about two minutes , I'm ready to add three quarters of a pound of diced red potato and I'm gonna let that simmer for about three minutes .
And if it starts to stick , just add a little bit of water .
It's been a couple of minutes .
I'm gonna add my tomatoes and half a cup of water , and I'm gonna give it a really good stir .
I'm just gonna cover and simmer it for about 30 minutes .
So my potatoes should be cooked through .
My chicken should be cooked through .
Just gonna add in my chopped cilantro and make sure that you chop the stalks as well , and then two tablespoons of yoghurt that's gonna add a lovely texture .
I'm just gonna check my seasoning because I added some tomatoes .
I'm gonna add a pinch of sugar , a little pinch of salt , and that's all there is to it .
You've created a flavorful and spicy Indian curia dish easily right at home .
