Mm I hope you get too well is back for another video and this time we are making crispy chicken burger .
It's gonna be amazing .
Gonna serve it with a bit of coleslaw .

First of all , I'm going to grab my chicken thighs .
I've cleaned them , removed all the excess fat .
What I'm gonna do now is I'm gonna pound these chicken thighs using a meat tenderizer in my case using a rolling pin .
Yeah .
Grab yourself a bag as well where we're gonna insert our chicken into there .
Are you ready ?
Let's go grab a ball , remove the chicken into there right now .
We're gonna season a black pepper paprika red chili .
Finish this off with soft give this a really good mix using a spoon .
Alright , so this is nicely seasoned .
I'm just gonna leave it to the side here .
Grab yourself another bowl in with the plain flour just gonna nicely sift that through .
Now we're going to season the flour in with the black pepper , white pepper , red chili garlic powder and onion powder as well .
If you like , I like a bit of earthy flavor .
So I'm using here a bit of the cumin as well .
Finish this off with salt and give this a good mix .
I know some people when they are making this flour , they use very less seasoning .
I mean , this is not the way to make uh fried chicken .
You need to season your flour properly , you need to season the chicken properly and that's how it's supposed to be , should be able to taste your flour , you know .
So our chicken is done , our flour is ready .
What we need now is some cold water , right ?
You could use bottle milk if you like , but in my opinion , water gives it a bit of extra crispiness .
So I'm just gonna use that , er , if you want , you can add a bit of vinegar into there to remove any chicken smell if you like .
Alright , so this is how it's gonna go .
First of all , I'm just gonna grab , what are my chicken here ?
Chicken thigh .
I'm just gonna season it with the flour .
Very important , you know , you want that to flour to co properly .
Our batter needs to stick properly onto that chicken .
All right .
So don't worry about that .
So here we go , just gonna season it here properly .
As you can see , season that , that on time , you can just uh shake off the excess and into the water , cold water just don't shake it , just let it sit in there .
Alright gonna do the same with this one here .
Remove the excess into the cold water .
Alright so it's been around a minute .
What I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna remove my chicken from there and on to the flour again .
I'm just gonna coat it properly just give it a good mix .
Let me go look at that be your phone the sign just remove the excess .
That's how it should look .
Leave it here onto the side .
All right , let's do the same with this one .
Here we go and to fry the chicken , I'm using a sunflower oil .
We're going to deep fry it , bring that to around medium high heat , right ?
So I can see my oil temperature is nice and hot .
What I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna add in the chicken nice and easy .
Alright .
There we go .
Look at that beautiful add in the second one as well .
We're going to cook this until nice and golden brown .
All right .
So the chicken is nearly ready .
I just wanna show you guys the color of what you're looking for .
So if you can see this one here , oh , come on there you are .
So as you can see you're looking for this color .
All right .
So a few more seconds and then we're just gonna remove it , just gonna remove it here .
Ok ?
So once your chicken is ready , just add a bit of dried basil or dried oregano .
It's a nice aroma going to serve my burgers with a bit of coleslaw .
A bit of the red cabbage , white cabbage carrot and a bit of the onion in with some mayonnaise , black pepper and a touch of salt .
Give this a really good mix .
A delicious coleslaw done .
I call her my beautiful brio burns .
Bought it from Aldi actually came straight from France as you can see .
Anyway , so I'm using today seeded brioche buns , lovely and texture and you know , look at them really nice , amazing .
So I'm just gonna toast them or we can play this stuff of go ahead a bit of the lettuce .
Some of the mayonnaise recipes on my channel if you want to make it at home or so I'm going to grab my toasted bun add a generous amount of uh mayonnaise .
There you go .
Add a bit of the lettuce .
Just gonna keep it very simple .
You know .
There you go .
Place our chicken onto the mayonnaise onto that .
There you go .

Our top of the just goes there .
That looks fantastic .
Delicious coleslaw .
Mm Look at that .
Alright guys , I'm gonna try this .

That looks amazing and look at the coleslaw as well .

Very , very good .
It's so crispy as well .
Just gonna take another bite .
Mm It's very delicious .

Mm It's good crunchy , you know , and mayonnaise adds lots of flavor obviously .
Mm .
So final comments , sir , it's wonderful .
The texture , the taste and the crispiness is amazing .
But along with that uh mayonnaise as well , you know , it has a different kind of texture I would say and lettuce obviously works best and I would recommend you serve it along with a bit of coleslaw , a bit of uh you know , your favorite sides if you like .
But yeah , it makes a great meal .
