And today I'm gonna share a wonderful recipe .
I can tell you this is a chicken , lover's delight .
We're gonna make some delicious ginger chicken .
Now this I'm gonna make it a bit dry and uh you can enjoy it as a starter or you can just enjoy it as a side dish for some nice rasam or samba rice by the side .
So let's get started and check it out .
Now , I'm going to just grind the ingredients for the marinade starting with ginger .
I've taken about half cup of chopped fresh ginger .
Add it to the mixer jar , just grind it .
If you need a little water , just add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water and grind it to a nice fine paste , remove the ginger paste and keep it aside .
Break the green chilies into half , add them to the mixer jar , grind it if you need a little water , add one tablespoon of water and grind it to a nice fine paste for the onion garlic paste .
I've taken one large onion just roughly chop it .
I've taken about six cloves of garlic , roughly chopped , add to the mixer jar and grind it into a nice fine paste , remove the onion paste and keep it aside .
Now , the marinade for the chicken is ready .
Next , we're going to marinate the chicken for the ginger chicken .
I've taken 1 kg of chicken with bone .
So this has been cut into nice medium size pieces .
First , we're gonna marinate the chicken starting with the ground ginger paste .
Next , add the ground green chili paste .
So this is about 10 small size green chilies I've taken now add the onion and garlic paste to this .
Add one teaspoon of salt , mix the chicken pieces with the marinade .
Make sure all the pieces are nicely coated , just gently massage the pieces .
Now let this sit for about an hour to a nice white cuta .
Add about two tablespoons of oil , gently drop in the marinated chicken pieces , cook the chicken for about 10 minutes till it's no more pink .
So now I'm gonna turn off the stove and keep this aside to another white .
I add about three tablespoons of oil to the oil .
Add two medium sized onions finely chopped .
So the onions for five minutes once the onions have become transparent , add the fury of two large tomatoes .
Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes till the puree thickens .
Next .
Add half teaspoon of turmeric powder , two teaspoons of coriander powder and mix everything .
Well , you can see the tomato has become nice and dry .
Next .
Add a few curry leaves , transfer the chicken to the to gently mix everything .
So I'm just adding half teaspoon of salt , just keep mixing the chicken at intervals .
So it doesn't stick to the .
So you can see the masala has become nice and dry .
You can see the nice color change .
It's turned to a lovely brown color .
So I'm just going to add a few ingredients to finish it off .
This is the final touches to the ginger chicken fried .
So I'm just adding some fried onions , just three slit green chilies .
A few ginger Julian , a few roasted cash nuts and finally finish off by adding some chopped coriander leaves .
So there you go .
Here is this absolutely delicious ginger chicken with the goodness and the flavors of ginger .
The key is in the marination .
So make sure you at least marinate for one hour before you cook it .
