So in this , we're going to add these onions and I love to add a little extra onions in this .
We're going to fry the onions till they're slightly colored in this .
We're going to add the salt .
Now , look at the onions also slightly getting brown and do not , you know , burn the onions in this , add the chicken pieces .
Now , along with the onions , we're going to sort them .
Now we're going to add some ginger garlic paste , mix all of this , all of this getting fried in the game and make sure you know , nothing get burns at the bottom .

Now , we're going to add some curry leaves into this .

And now we are also going to add some of the masala .

Do not add a lot of water , add water , little by little .
This chicken will start getting cooked along with this and it will become nice and tender in this .
You can also add some coconut and poppy seed powder .
Otherwise this will become a lot of gravy .
Now , I'm just going to put one lid like this and slowly let it cook .

I think this should be good enough for the entire chicken curry to be ready .
Keep mixing like this .

When most of the moisture is almost getting absorbed , then we're going to add green chili .
Be careful , keep scraping it at the bottom and then you will have this masala ready in no time .
