So what I did is uh little four Mile River Farms ground beef .
As you say , I put a little bit of uh jalapeno in there .

There's a little bit more oil because of that flour .

Sometimes they put jalapenos sauted onions , mushrooms gravy over the top .
So they do it uh Tex Mex style chili over the top and oh wow , cheddar cheese and onions under the broiler .
