A fried rice is something that we all enjoy .
I've made several varieties of fried rice .

I'm gonna share a wonderful fried rice recipe .
This is restaurant style mixed fried rice .
Now it's got the goodness of chicken prawns , eggs and vegetables in it .
It sounds incredible , doesn't it ?
So let's get started and check out the recipe for the mixed fried rice .
I've taken about 2 50 g prawns .
These are medium size prawns that have been cleaned nicely and deveined .
I'm gonna season this with half teaspoon of salt , half teaspoon of pepper and half teaspoon of soya sauce .
Mix it all in after you've mixed the prawns .
Let this sit for about 15 minutes .
Next .
I've taken 2 50 g of boneless chicken pieces and I've cut it into small pieces first .
I'm just gonna season it with half teaspoon of salt , half teaspoon of pepper and one teaspoon of soy sauce .
Just mix everything .
Let this sit for about 15 minutes .
So after 15 minutes first , I'm gonna stir fry the prawns to a pan .
Take about two teaspoons of oil .
So add the prats , cook them .
We're just gonna stir fry them till they're cooked .
So the plants cook very fast .
So make sure you stir fry it and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame .
The prawns are done .
Turn off the stove and keep it aside to the same pan .
Add another two teaspoons of oil .
Next , I'm gonna add the marinated chicken pieces and we're gonna stir fry them .
So , since the pieces are very small and it's boneless chicken , it cooks very fast .
So you can cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes .
You can see it's no more pink and stir frying this on high flame .
So before you turn off the stove , you can just taste one small piece and check to see if it's done .
Turn off the stove and keep this aside .
So I've taken three large eggs for the rice .
I'm just whisking it all together .
So now I'm gonna make a quick scramble for the egg scramble .
Take a pan , add a little oil just about two teaspoons , make sure the pan is fully coated .
So I'm just gonna make a quick scramble .
Use a flame just going to season it with a little pepper , just Sprinkle , just a little salt just to pinch .
You don't want too much turn off the stove and keep the egg scramble aside .
Take a nice wide pan or a walk to this .
I'm gonna add one tablespoon of oil , one tablespoon of chopped garlic , one tablespoon of chopped ginger .
Next add one small onion chopped .
So after adding the onions , add quarter cup of chopped capsicum , quarter cup of finely chopped carrots and quarter cup of finely chopped beans .
So you can also add a little cabbage if you like .
We got a season with a little salt and pepper , just adding a pinch of salt and some pepper just stir fry the vegetables .
So it will take about five minutes .
So after five minutes , add the stir fried chicken , add the stir-fry prawns , give it a quick toss .
Now add the scrambled egg .
Now , I'm going to add just a few spring onion whites .
This is just gonna give a little crunch and some spring onion greens for this recipe .
I've taken one cup of long grain bass rice .
I've cooked it separately and kept it aside , incorporate the rice a little at a time and mix it all together .
So I'm using two ladles here to mix the rice properly .
So it's best if you have a very nice wide walk or a nice wide pan , it's easier to mix .
What we're doing .
Here is a restaurant style , mixed dried rice .
It's commonly available at restaurants .
So I wanted to share this particular recipe with you guys .
So if you want to season it a bit , you can add a little salt and pepper at this point .
And I'm adding a little pepper , just quarter teaspoon of salt .
So there you go .
