Now , here's what I have on a rib eye , nice piece of rib eye steak .
But here's the trick here .
Now we got that piece of fat in there .
We're gonna cut that out .
Watch your fingers .
Never really try to cut towards your fingers .

To dig that piece out , right ?
You want not breaded and then you know , bite into a piece of this .
But here's a trick .
This is what they're gonna throw in the skillet .
Look at this body throw right in your skillet .
Render that down .
OK ?
A little bit of oil .
We get that going then OK .
There we go .
I like to put a little , uh , little black and seasoning on there .
If you don't put the color , OK .
Dip it into flour .
OK .
Then we go into egg egg , just straight egg with a little uh , well , I put a little seasoning in there .
You can , but I don't OK .
To back into flour , you want an extra thick .
We'll go one more time .
See you a little bit better .
Bigger crust on now .
You can dip in the butter milk too , butter , milk and egg .
OK ?
They got in their body .
What ?

OK .
I'm gonna put a little bit of uh more oil , a bit of water .
OK .
Now here we go .
I OK , brown it up real good on both sides .
OK .
So on this side here I'm gonna put a little black in .
I love that paprika and the flavor on the outside for color to Yes .
Thank you .
Look at that , all that flavor off that fat is coming out .
Now let's go to flavor the meat .
Save all your fat off your beef .
You can fry your potatoes in it .
Nothing like potatoes cooked in bar , you know , fresh your pork off beef , fat , pork fat , right ?
OK .
I turn it over , pop it right in the oven now for about 10 minutes unless you like it medium rare .
I mean , but we're gonna cook it like pretty much all the way .

Now you got these pieces here .
I'm gonna , I'm just gonna lay them on there .

Now I do have a little bit of more baking .
We're have to skill it about right .
We got a little full of uh country gravy , heavy cream .
I know a little bit of green onion .
Of course you got to check for the salt and pepper .

Oh , you got cherry salt pepper .

It's been a long time since I one I like , use the rib eye because it's a 10 more tender pot .
You know , you use a top round steak .
It's good .
Or a cube steak .
A little tougher , but rib eye steak is beautifully tender and uh the flavor is always there .
Rib eyes .
