OK , let's get moving here then .
But I've got a pan here with some oil in , as you can see now , the first thing I'm gonna do with this chicken and mushroom curry is get our chicken in .
I just wanna fry our chicken off and seal it nicely .
I'm using chicken thighs .
You can use any part of the chicken you want .
There's a bone in these and why they're frying .
I'm just gonna add a little bit of chilli powder and salt , a little bit of cumin , little bit of coriander , little bit of how your tumour is .
We're gonna be popping the rest of that in later .
That's just to give it a little spice .
Now , OK , with the lid off , let's just cook these for about two minutes on each side .
Get them nicely sealed and then we'll move on to the next stage .
OK , so there you go .
That's just a couple of minutes just to sort of , as you can see , sealed them nicely and also give them a head start on everything else cos they need to cook .
What we're gonna do now is we gonna add the rest of our spices so for this amount that we're making .
I'm using about one teaspoon of each of the cumin , coriander , chilli and the how or Tuur , as you may call it , And I love just sort those off .
But let us get those in now .
Obviously , you could use your favourite curry powder if you want .
This is much better .
Check out our other videos .
There's lots of different curry powder recipes that you can make really easily installed .
Beautiful .
OK , now I'm going for some fresh chilies and that there is garlic ginger paste , which is just finely chopped ginger and scarlet .
There we go .
10 stuff now I'm gonna go in with some sliced onions .
I'm using a red onion .
Of course .
Use whatever type you like .
OK , it's gonna go on four minutes .
See you then .
Let's take a look inside .
Now he's looking super .
Now what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go in with our mushrooms , sliced white mushrooms up to you what mushrooms you use .
And I've got some chopped tomato there .
A little bit of chopped tomato , depending on what type of mushrooms you use will depend on how much moisture comes out of them all mushrooms give off some form of moisture .
This is all happening on fairly high heat .
Now the combination of the moisture from the mushrooms and the tomatoes breaking down will give us our sauce .
We may well have to add a little bit more liquid .
Let's take a look in about four minutes .
OK , let's take a look Now .
There you go .
As you can see , some moisture has come out of those mushrooms as predictive and the tomatoes are breaking down really nicely .
Personally , I don't want to add any more liquid to that .
It's just kind of wet enough for me .
And it's entirely up to you if you want to add some more .
So what I'm gonna do now I'm gonna lower the heat , check out the salt .
I'll be back here .
So low heat 10 or 15 minutes .
Just so then .
It's kind of stew and really kind of blend itself together .
See you then .
OK , the final stage .
Absolutely delicious .
Smells amazing .
Some fresh coriander straight on the top .
There .
Let's get that a little mix .
