So on a medium heat we've got in the pan here about two tablespoons of olive oil .

We're gonna add about uh 60 to 70 g of pure butter that it melt with .

And this is the butter chicken recipe without the onions .

We're not using any onions , but you can use about half an onion and you can just , um , fry it until tender .

And so the next step is we're gonna throw in a teaspoon of salt you can also add some salt to your chicken marinade if you want to and a teaspoon of fennel seeds and a few curry leaves and lots of garlic and a teaspoon of ginger .

Now we're gonna add the ginger .

So it's about a tablespoon of salt of the garlic and now the ginger .

Now we're gonna add um , a heap tablespoon of paprika , um , two tablespoons of uh masala and in masala is like , it's got leaf masala , um roasted masala .

प्राॅक्टर से ज्यादा इस तरह से लो फ्लेम पे जब आप पकाएंगे और टेस्ट बहुत ज्यादा अच्छा आएगा चिकिन का इसीलिए आप भी ऍम में या कडाई में इसे ट्राइ ॅ कुकर में नहीं ।

चिकन बहुत जल्दी भी गल जाता है ।

दही भी अच्छे से पक चुका है ।

नॅान इसमें इसे टमाटर डाल देते हैं ।

बडे से इसके फिर से हमें बहुत अच्छे से भूलना होगा ।

इसे टमाटर की कच्ची भुजाने ।

इसी दौरान चिकिन तो हमारा फिफ्टी परसेंट तक ऑलरेडी गल चुका है ।

थोडा सा नमक डाल दे मुझे काम लग रहा है ।

इसमें टमाटर की एक अच्छी मूवी चली गई है ।

आखिर में हम इसमें डालेंगे एक वन बाइ फोर्टी स्पून इलाइची पाउडर और दाल चीनी का पाउडर डालने से बहुत अच्छी खुशबू आएगी ।

ऍम अगर आप के पास है तो डालिए वरना स्किप कर सकते हैं या थोडी सी इलायची , थोडा सा इलायची पाउडर और दाल चीनी को ले के पीस के भी डाल सकते हैं ।

मिक्स कर लें फिर देखिये जैसे ही डालेंगे आप बहुत ही ज्यादा अच्छी खुशबू आएगी ।

इसमें सभी मसाले घूम चुके हैं ।

कॅाम इसमें ऍम भर के पानी डाल देते हैं ।

जैसे ही इसमें बॉइल आएगा फ्लेम को लो पे रख दें और लो फ्लेम पे चिकिन हमारा कम्प्लीटली गलने तक ऐसे ही पकाते जाइए ।

इसमें हम हारे मिल जाएंगे ना धनिया के पत्ते , ना पुदीने के पत्ते ।

बस इन्ही मसालों में चिकिन को पकना होगा ।

एक डिफरेंट अच्छी खुशबू आएगी ।

बहुत ही मजेदार ।

सिंपल सी चिकन करी तो हमारी तैयार है ।
