Now , let's take a look at the recipe .
So let's prep the chicken .
So here I've taken 12 chicken lollipop pieces to this .
I'm adding juice from one big lemon , one tablespoon of soy sauce , half the spoon , crushed black pepper , one taste pool Kashmiri red chili powder for the nice red color .
1.5 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste , fine paste of ginger garlic and salt as per taste .
Give this a good mix and then you need to marinate this for at least an hour .
But if you have time to marinate this overnight , then that could be the best thing to do .
Now in another bowl , take half cup , all-purpose flour or meda and half cup corn , flour or corn starch .
Add some salt as for your taste .
One teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder , one tablespoon ginger garlic paste .
Give this a good mix .
Now add water .
So we need the batter to be sticky , sticky enough to coat our lollipop pieces .
Well , so it should not be very thin .
I'll show you the consistency .
So this is perfect .
And now I'm going to add my homemade red food color .
This is optional .

You can see the change in color of the batter .
Now take one lollipop peas , dip it in the batter and coat it well with the batter and you need to do the same with all the chicken lollipop pieces .
So this is oil at medium flame .
I'm going to drop in the chicken lollipop pieces .
So you will have to alter the flame between low , medium and high because initially , it should be at medium or between low to medium and later , you can change the flame to high and that's how you need to fry .

You can single fry and right away serve it .
But if you have see if you would have seen it in restaurants , they first single fry it and then they double fry it till the chicken lollipop pieces become crispy .
So I'm going to follow that .
