I'm gonna show you how I make sweet and salty popcorn .
So simple , so quick .
Really awesome .
Let's go get a small saucepan , put in 1.5 tablespoons of water .
They had one tablespoon of sugar , plus one teaspoon .
We want to dissolve this sugar over low to medium heat .
Now you wanna have your sauce and also on with the oil in it for the popcorn .
Now cook your popcorn as you normally would as the corn is popping .
This is when you do this stage .
Alright .
Now that the sugar has almost completely dissolved , add 30 g of butter and we want this to completely melt as part of it .
This is uh pretty much melted .
Now , listen for your popcorn and once you don't really hear any more pops , turn the heat off it and take the lid off .
Now you wanna pour this straight over the popcorn .
Once your popcorn has pretty much stopped popping , take the lid off , turn off the heat and pour in the mixture , put on the lid and shake .
We want this to be shaken and tossed and just pour a little bit of salt over it .
Give it another toss .
Lovely .
Just pour it straight in .
Now you can store this in an airtight container for a couple of days if you don't want to eat it straight away .
But it's good to go right now .
