Chicken Fried Pork Chops Country style Easy

OK .

Hey , everybody today , I'm gonna show you how to make a country style chicken fried pork chop .

Oh , yeah , baby .

There's two thirds of a cup of flour , some salt and pepper and a little bit of garlic .

Salt .

All the directions will be below .

Mix it up really well .

And then take your pork chops and rinse them off with water and get all the bones and stuff off of them and dip them down in your flour .

Now , remember you have seasoned this flour .

So , and this is pork .

So careful , careful , careful with the salt .

OK ?

Now we're gonna do another one to show you here and all you do is the exact same thing I'm doing here and stack them up like that .

Then I want you to put you some oil but not too much in a skillet .

And my skillet is not real level there .

I'm gonna have to take that back target .

I'll tell you and uh , put them in there .

I'm using half canola oil and half olive oil and then start them babies off to frying .

OK ?

It'll start slow and then they'll pick up and speed a little bit like that .

Now , I've been frying for 456 minutes .

Take a look just like this .

See if there's got good color that don't .

So here's a little bit later here gonna flip these babies over .

Now , they're looking pretty good on the other side and that's what you look for .

Nice brown .

Ok .

Oh , yeah .

Baby .

Now , where's your close up of , uh , I just cook them a little bit longer and flip them one more time .

This is the second time on side one and after a while , take out there and look and see if they don't all look the same , same color and everything , which is a beautiful brown , delicious color .

And when it is , it's time to take it off and go to the table with it .

You know what I'm saying ?

So when you get to the table with , oh baby , these suckers are juicy and tender .

Oh man , medium heat all the way through .

Uh-huh thing .

I'm already wanting another one .

I just realized just the other day that I had never made this for you guys .

I made it just plain old pork chop and frying it .
