First of all , download and install itunes on your PC and links to all the download files will be linked in the description .

So you can get all the files from the description , step , one , copy all the music from your phone to your PC .

To do that .

Just run itunes and connect your phone via lightning cable .

Once your phone is connected , you will get this little iphone icon over here .

Simply click on that icon to access your phone now to transfer files from your phone to your PC , just tap on this icon , file sharing and then select the app that you want to transfer music from then just simply save it onto your PC .
