And today I'm gonna share a wonderful recipe which is Andra style green chili chicken .
Now this is nice spicy with a lot of flavors in it .
Let's get started and check out the recipe for the and style green chili chicken .
First , I'm gonna marinate the chicken for this recipe .
I've taken about 1 kg of chicken with bone , add one teaspoon of salt , the juice of half lemon , one tablespoon ginger garlic paste , one tablespoon curd , one large green chili , finely chopped half teaspoon turmeric powder , one teaspoon masala powder .
Next , I'm gonna add the paste of two medium sized onions and one sliced onion .
So just mix everything .
Let the chicken marinade for about one night .
So now we're gonna cook the chicken .
It's been marinating for an hour .
Take a nice white , pour about three tablespoons of oil .
Once the oil heats up , add some mustard seeds .
Next , start a few cumin seeds , add a few curry leaves now gently drop in the marinated chicken pieces .
So mix the chicken .
Once you've added the chicken to the color , you just mix it .
So everything is well combined .
So we're gonna let the chicken cook in its own juices .
You can see there's enough liquid here for the chicken to cook .
So there's no need to add any extra water .
So you can see the chicken is no more pink .
So now I'm gonna close the cut and cook for about 15 minutes .
So you can see the chicken has released a lot of water here .
The juices are looking really nice .
The chicken is almost cooked .
It's about 80% cooked .
So next we're gonna make a paste of green chilies and coriander for this .
I've taken five green chilies and add a small bunch of coriander leaves .
So we're gonna just grind it to a very coarse mixture .
Not too tasty .
So you can see , I've ground the coriander and the green chilies without adding any water .
So this is a nice coarse mixture .
This is how you want it .
So now I add the Coly ground coriander and chili paste just mix it in .
So the green chilies are going to add a lot of heat .
So it's gonna become a little more spicier .
Now , so we're gonna continue to cook till it becomes nice and thick .
So at this point , you can check for seasoning and add a little bit of salt .
So I'm just going to add another teaspoon of salt .
You can leave the car open and continue to cook till the sticks and you get a nice thick masala .
You can see all the excess moisture has evaporated .
The masala has become nice and thick .
The oil is beginning to separate from the masala .
So I'm gonna finish off adding a few slit green chilies and add a few curry leaves and style green chili chicken curry is done , remove it and serve it nice and hot and still green chili chicken is a one pot dish with a lot of lovely flavors .
Now , you can adjust the spice according to your taste , but uh make sure you stick to the recipe for the best results to try it .
