So let's get started .
So the ingredients you need to make the master chicken up , take around 3 to 4 tablespoons of mustard sheets and soak the seeds in quarter cup of water for at least 2 to 3 hours .
Then one cup of yogurt , three tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste .
2 to 3 dried red chilies , 2 to 3 green chilies , half a tablespoon of turmeric powder , two tablespoons of puri in the powder , one tablespoon of cumin powder , one tablespoon of red chili powder in some salty taste .
Now , I have some large chicken pieces here , approximately one kg and you can take boneless chicken .
Also that's up to you .
Now in a small blender , add the mustard cheese in the dried date trees .
Now blend this to make a smooth paste just like this .
Now take the chicken in a large bowl into the a two third portion of the mustard beast .
The rest one we will lose later .
Now co all the chicken really with in let it rest to marinate for at least 30 minutes .
Then we will start cooking .
Now take a pan , do that , add 3 to 4 tablespoons of mustard oil .
Then the ginger and garlic paste in the green trees .
Now sorted this for a few seconds .
Then all the chicken pieces now cook this on highly for 4 to 5 minutes .
Then do this in two cups of water .
And then we relate all the spices , the tame model , the cumin powder , the corda powder in the red chili powder now makes all this with in wait till it comes to boil , then cover it with the lead , reduce the flame to medium and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes .
And after 10 minutes , you can see the water contain is completely reduced .
And now you relate the yo in the combination of yogurt with the mustard , we'll take you to the next level in terms of the flavors , then add some salt to taste , then the rest of the mustard piece .
So why we ate little amount of mustard piece later is to enhance the mustard flavor .
Now , I forgot to mention reduce the frame to medium to loop before reading the U grid .
Now mix all this with then cover it with a lid and let it cook for another 45 minutes .
And this will be done as you can see it's perfect .
Now switch off the claim and it's time for plating and that's it .
