Hi , everyone today , I'm going to be making country fried steak or chicken fried steak .
However , you like to say it in my air fryer .
The air fryer that I will be using is a cookie essentials 5.3 quart .
The reason why I'm saying this is if you have a different brand , your cooking time and temperature may vary .
So keep that in mind .
So with that said , let's go ahead and get started .
So what I have going here is some seasoned flour .
You can season your flour .
However you like what I'm using today is the Kentucky kernel .
I love this stuff .
I have a beaten egg and some PICO bread crumbs and in it steaks and I have a wrap here that I'm going to put them on after I bread them .
So let's just go ahead first .
I'm just gonna dip it in flour and I'm gonna dip it into the egg and then the , and I hope this don't fall apart .
Ok ?
I need to add a little bit more panco and I'm gonna do the same thing with this one .
Ok .
We're ready to go put these into the air fryer .
Let's move on over .
Ok , I got our minute steaks in the air fryer basket .
We'll just pop these in .
I'm gonna put this on 3 70 for 10 minutes and we'll check them and see how they're doing .
It's been 10 minutes .
Let's look and see what we got going on .
Looking pretty good .
They're looking pretty good .
But I think we need some more time .
I think I'm gonna go three more minutes at 370 .
Ok .
It's been a total of 13 minutes and I say these are done .
I did check the bottom , the bottom is brown too , so I did not need to flip it or put any oil on it .
Ok .
The one I just plated this up and it looks amazing .
I'm sure it probably doesn't taste as good if it were to be fried in oil , but I can almost guarantee you it's gonna be pretty darn good .
I like to keep my videos short and to the point if you ever have any questions , please leave a comment or send me a message and I will respond as soon as I can .
I would be more than happy to thank you all for watching and I will see you soon .
