Today , we're going to make uh everybody's favorite chicken fried rice .
And the ingredient is , is uh white rice .
And uh , you cook it the day before and you keep it in the refrigerator , you wet your hand and lose all the rice .
And you could uh look at my uh shrimp fried rice .
How am I gonna do that ?
And then the beans , some chicken breast , two egg , some scallion and some mixed vegetable .
I use a frozen mix , mix , mix of vegetable is the best .
And now we're going to marry the chicken first .
I already cut it up some corn starch , a little bit of sugar .
The restaurant they have a youth MS G but I don't use the MS G and I just use a sugar instead and uh lay soy sauce , lay soy sauce and they use agri oil and I put a little bit of water and you just mix it up and let it sit for about maybe 10 minutes .
And now the water is hot .
I put a little bit of crissy oil and it's a couple of week in there .
Just a scrambled egg .

Now , the egg is done like I say , do not cook us so hard .
And now I add a little bit more the greasy oil .
You can use the same wall , you're going to wash it and then you can put your chicken in there .
Get the chicken for .
Now , the chicken is all white and then , you know , it's done , then it's time to take it out .
And then you got , now you , you had to walk , uh , clean your wall .

Now the wall is clean and now the wall is hot .
And now time to put a , a use of greasy oil .
Put a little bit of greasy oil .
Not too much .
When you make fried rice , do not put too much oil , it won't taste right .
So you put your rice in there and you can hear the difference , the name of frozen mixed vegetable at the same time because they eat frozen and they cold .
So you gotta stir it , just stir it about maybe for 10 minutes until you feel the rice it's hot .
Now it's about 10 minutes and then you can feel it .
The rice is hot and then put my chicken in there first and then time time to add sizzling some sea salt .
A little bit of sugar .
That's why I always say I never use the sugar .
Instead of MS G the outside restaurant , they use MS G black pepper , a little bit of soy sauce and a little bit of dark .
So another favorite ingredient is a little bit of the stuff , fish sauce , just a little bit , but not too , too much because this sauce is really salty .
And then you got , you got great flavor and you see the color changing .
Now it's time to add your egg .
What happened right there ?
And now your green , if you don't like green , you don't have to add the green style and the last one scallion , you just mix it up and now it's ready and now we ready , sir .
And nobody shouldn't get hungry with this pile .
