I've shown you a lot of non veg recipes with your gravies .
But today I feel like showing you something that is dry and which is loved by my family that is the style fried chicken .
First of all , I'm going to make a fresh masala for this dish for that .
I'm going to grind one inch cinnamon , five cardamoms , eight cloves , two tablespoons of coriander seeds , one tablespoon of cumin seeds and half a tablespoon of fennel seeds .
And now I'm going to grind this to a nice fine powder .
This is ready .
Now , I'm going to marinate half a kilo of boneless chicken .
One tablespoon of ginger paste , one tablespoon of garlic paste .
I have ground two medium sized onions to a paste without using water .
I'm going to add that .
I'm going to add chili powder , turmeric powder , the fresh kara masala that we had ground .
Let's shift this to a bigger bowl .
Now to this , I'm going to add a tablespoon of ge juice of one lemon , some salt and finally chopped coriander .
I'm going to mix this and leave it for 15 minutes .
We've kept this to marinade for 15 minutes .
Now , we're going to just simply cook this in a , on a low flame till the chicken is nice , juicy and tender .
The chicken is cooked .
And now for the final step , I've heated a over here and I'm going to just pour some oil on this to this .
I'm going to add four slit green chilies , curry leaves .
Once the curry leaves are crisp , I'm going to add this stick to this .
If you don't have a , you can do this on a pan also .
Now you need to fry this chicken for about 4 to 5 minutes and our dish will be ready .
Now we'll finish this dish with some pepper powder and some cashew nut paste and I will mix this .
Well , our Andra style fried chicken is ready .
This Andra style fried chicken goes very well as a starter or you can have it with Pratas .
