Easy Chicken Fried Rice with a Frying Pan

So the kids just got home .

I need to whip up something really quick .

So I'm gonna make my quick and easy chicken fried rice recipe .

Welcome to my channel hit .

Like if you love fried rice and consider subscribing , if you love recipe videos , I'm gonna get right into the ingredients right now .

All right .

First ingredient is our protein .

We've got some diced up chicken .

We've also got some small diced carrots as well as some diced up onions , oyster sauce , soy sauce .

And I put a little chicken with water .

I actually mixed this previous .

So it's easier to put into my fried rice , garlic powder butter , a little bit of green onions .

And of course you've got some take out rice .

You can totally use leftover rice or cook up rice and let it cool down by spreading it out on a pan .

So let's get right into cooking right now .

As I said , this is super quick .

Get your pan .

I'm using a frying pan on a high heat .

The first thing I'm gonna do is throw some oil in there and cook my chicken .

Totally optional .

But I'm gonna be adding a little bit of minced ginger and minced garlic in here .

If you don't have mince ginger and garlic , just go ahead and use garlic powder later .

Add some salt and pepper .

All right .

Once your chicken is about halfway cooked , that's when you're gonna want to throw in your carrots and your onions .

Go ahead and stir fry this just about until your chicken is all cooked through .

I'm using sesame oil , but you can totally use canola oil .

If that's all you have , add your oil , then toss in your rice and then you're gonna stir fry all of that .

About one minute in , you're gonna pour in your sauce mixture and continue stir frying till everything's all mixed up .

Nice and hot .

I'll let it cool down for the girls but it is looking so delicious .

Of course , I have to taste it for you guys .

Mm mm That chicken flavor with that butter at the end .
