Today's recipe is a very quick and easy potato chicken recipe .
That is a chicken .
This can be done in three quick and easy steps .
The first is marination , second , cooking the chicken and potatoes and third of course , making the curry .
Now , this is a great recipe um for bachelors uh for the for amateurs who want to try to learn to cook and then for young adults who are learning to cook .
Now .
So let's get started and check out the recipe for this recipe .
I've taken 1 kg chicken with bone to the bowl , add four large potatoes .
You can see they've cut into big pieces .
Now , first , I'm going to marinate the chicken along with the potato for this , add about three teaspoons of salt , two teaspoons of turmeric powder , two heaped tablespoons of Raley powder .
So just mix it all together .
So make sure all the pieces are covered with a spice mix and let it sit for about 15 to 20 minutes .
The chicken has been marinating for about 15 minutes .
Now , I'm going to pressure cook it , take a pressure cooker , add a little water .
Now , add all the pieces gently , add one heaped teaspoon of ginger garlic paste , just gently mix it around , close the pressure cooker and cook on medium flame for about four whistles .
Take a Kady , pour about two tablespoons of oil , add the whole spices , cinnamon cloves card and some fennel seeds .
Next add the onions .
Now , I'm using four medium sized onions which are finely chopped .
Yeah .
Once the onions are transparent , add three large green chilies slit .
Now you need to sort of the onions till they're a nice golden brown color .
Ok .
So you can see the onions have turned to a lovely golden brown color .
This is how you want it to this .
I'm gonna add one heaped teaspoon of ginger garlic paste .
Now I add them tomatoes .
I have about four medium size tomatoes that have been finely chopped , cook the tomatoes .
So they are nice and mushy .
I'm just going to add a little salt just about half teaspoon .
As you can see , the tomatoes have become nice and mushy .
I'm going to add two teaspoons of coriander powder , two teaspoons of cumin powder , one teaspoon of masala powder , transfer the cooked chicken pieces along with the stock , gently drop it in can splatter .
So just be careful .
So you can see it's cooked beautifully along with the potatoes .
Now , all the flavors are in the stock that is very , very tasty .
So you don't want to waste any of that .
That's what is gonna give you the flavors for the gravy .
Now , I'm going to add two teaspoons of Kashmiri red chili powder .
So reduce the flame to a medium and close and cook for about 10 minutes .
After 10 minutes .
If you see the potato chicken curries come together so beautifully .
Finally , I'm gonna garnish it with a handful of chopped coriander leaves , cut off the stove .
You can serve this with some nice roti chapati full or with some rice .
So there you go .
Here is this lovely and delicious potato chicken .
Now , this is very , very flavorful and all the juices and the flavors are definitely in the stock .
