Today , I'm going to show you a wonderful chicken recipe .
This is a great chicken starter with a nice blend of basic spices .
So let's get started and check out the spicy chicken roast for this recipe .
I've taken half kilo , boneless chicken .
I've cut into thin strips .
Next , I'm gonna marinate the chicken with a few ingredients starting with one heaped teaspoon of pound ginger and garlic .
This is roughly about five cloves of garlic and a piece of ginger that's been pound .
Next .
Add half teaspoon of turmeric powder , two teaspoons of chili powder and one teaspoon of salt .
So just mix everything .
So the chicken pieces are coated with the spice mix .
Let it sit for about 30 minutes .
Take a nice white pan .
I'm adding two heaped teaspoons .
This is roughly about 1.5 tablespoons of so you can use either or oil .
I'm using G for a better flavor .
So cook the chicken , just stir fry it for about five minutes since they are boneless chicken pieces .
They cook pretty fast .
So after about five minutes , I'm gonna add all the other spice powders one teaspoon coriander powder , one teaspoon of cumin powder , one teaspoon pepper , one teaspoon chili powder , half teaspoon masala powder .
Now you can see it's gonna be a bit spicy .
So if you don't like this much of spice , you can cut it down a bit .
If you need to add a bit of salt at this point , you can add because I've already added one teaspoon salt while marinating .
So if you want a little more , you can taste and then add the salt .
So after adding all the spice powders cook for another 10 minutes on medium low flame .
Since these are boneless chicken , it won't take too much time to cook .
So just check and see .
So I'm just gonna check if the pieces are cooked .
Now , just one piece out .
Let me check .
So if you see the chicken piece , it's almost done .
So finally , I'm just gonna finish off by adding a few slit green chilies , just add a few curry leaves .
I'm just gonna finish up .

This is a very , very easy recipe .
So those of you who are sticking to a protein diet , this is an excellent recipe to try .
It's very simple .
You can cut on the spice powders .
If you like it a little subtle , the spicy chicken roast is done .
It looks absolutely delicious .
You can see the masala is coating all the chicken pieces so beautifully .
So I've turned off the stove .
You can serve it nice and hot .
As soon as you make it , you can serve it as is like a starter or you can also serve it with a nice Rassam or Sambar by the side .
So as you can see from the recipe , it's super easy and it's so quick to make .
So I would recommend boneless chicken pieces for this recipe because it's a very basic stir fry .
