How To Fix Mouse Not Working In Windows 10

Hey , what's going on guys ?

And this here .

And this is another common problem with Windows 10 that sometimes your mouse or trackpad won't work and you won't be able to move your cursor on the screen .

So in this video , I will show you how you can fix this problem for that .

You have to open device manager on your Windows 10 .

So you have to use your keyboard , you have to navigate through your keyboard .

So the first thing you should do is press this start button and then search for device manager and then hit enter to open this device manager option .

And if you can't open device manager this way , then you can do it another way by pressing windows plus X key together on your keyboard and then uh press down arrow key to select this device manager .

Then hit enter on your keyboard and you will get this device manager window .

Anyhow , we need to open device manager .

Now at this screen , press tab key on your keyboard to select this computer or desktop option , then press down arrow key and navigate to mice and other pointing devices .

Then press right arrow key to open it , then press down arrow key to select mouse driver .

It may be H ID compliant mouse or any other mouse driver .

You have to select it then press enter on your keyboard to open the driver properties .

Now press tag key to navigate through top menu .

So you have to press type key till the time .

You can highlight this general option at the top .

Now press the right arrow key to highlight driver option and now press the tab key till the time .

You can highlight this update driver option .

So you have to highlight this update driver option anyhow , by pressing tab key and hit enter on your keyboard .

Now use the up and down arrow key to highlight this search automatically for drivers and hit enter on your keyboard and make sure you are connected to the internet .

Now , if there is any update available , then it will update the driver otherwise you will get this message .

Now press type key and close this window and press type key again to highlight this uninstalled device and hit enter on your keyboard .

Now uh press enter again to uninstall this driver and it will remove the mouse driver from your windows 10 .

Now you need to press alt key on this screen so that you can highlight top menu of this device manager and then press right arrow key to highlight the accent tab and then press enter on your keyboard so that you can open this menu accent menus or you can press a key and then select scan for hardware changes , use up and down arrow key to select a scan for hardware changes and then hit enter .

Now it will reinstall the mouse driver .

And after reinstalling the driver , your mouse would work and you would be able to move cursor on the screen by any chance if this doesn't work , do the same process , uh go to our driver properties , highlight the driver tab by pressing tab key , press tap , tap , tap , then uninstall device then hit enter and it will remove the mouse driver .

Now you have to restart your windows .

10 press windows plus X key together on your keyboard , press down Aoki to highlight this option , then write Aoki to get the restart option , then hit enter to restart your windows 10 and after the restart , your mouse would work fine without any problem .
