And when they're crispy chicken fingers , you can go crazy .
And whenever we have these chicken fingers , my son definitely wants a cola with it .
I refuse to drink any ari drinks .
But once in a while when we have something like that , a combination would be just too good .
I've taken the chicken and cut it into thin fingers .
Now , any of the leftover trimmings , the small pieces , you can cut it and with that you can make the chicken nuggets .
So first for this awesome crunchy , crunchy chicken fingers , we got to marinate the chicken .
Usually I brine the chicken for 23 hours in salted water .
But if you don't do that also , you marinate this chicken and leave it for at least three hours .
That's when your chicken will become nice and tender .
It will cook perfect .
And it is very juicy for making this .
You can add some nice chili sauce or any of the flavoring in this .
Add a little bit of ginger garlic , past some chili powder .
And for me , I indian it by adding a little bit of garam masala , some crushed pepper .
Add any of your favorite herbs .
I usually pick up pizza herbs for this , but be careful .
Not this much .
A little bit of herbs should be good enough because they're very strong .
Add a little bit of flavoring salt , add some salt , add curd or buttermilk , mix all of this chicken , let it get marinated for at least 23 hours .
So the chicken is nice and soft and to get a very good texture , add little bit of all purpose flour , one teaspoon and mix all of this in many of the books you must have read seasoning flour .
What is it ?
All you need to do is take the all purpose flour .
You can add a little bit of uh corn flour , pinch of um baking powder .
Now your favorite spice a little bit of uh chili powder or paprika , whatever you have some pepper .
Also in this add salt .
Some people they love to add herbs in this .
It's up to you .
But this is our very simple seasoning flour in which we're going to dip the chicken and fry .
A technique involved in making this nice and crunchy .
You want to have that fast food center bite .
What kids love .
We all love .
But the problem is in the Fast Food Center , they chain the oil once in a week .
And when you know the fact , it's your choice whether you want to make it fresh at home or go and eat out there .
And I'll guarantee you this will be far better than the Fast food Center chicken fingers for making this , take this chicken fingers , put it in the seasoned flour , just coat it and look at this .
I'm pressing it , pressing it and squeeze it a little bit .
What this does is it gives a very nice coating and you do it only one time for a piece of chicken , then shake it , shake it , shake it , dig it .
And now you're going to put it in the cold water .
So dip it in the cold water like this , give it a shock treatment .
Bring it out and one more time , put it in the flower .
Look at this , slowly , put it like this , shake it , put it like this shake .
It don't do too much anything .
And this is what will make your chicken perfect and take this chicken pieces , put it on a plate and when you fry these chicken pieces , they will be so crunchy , you will just love it .
And when I fry it , you will see how wonderful they'll come out .
Continue to do it .
Once again , put it in the flour and first time press it hard , OK , press it , press it , press it , press it , then pull the chicken out , shake it , dip it in the cold ice cold water , pull it out and one more time .
Put this time , don't press it , just shake it .
OK .
Then one more time .
Put it there , shake it one more time .
Put in the flat , shake it 23 times and this will be nicely coated .
Look at this beautiful threadlike structure and put it on the side .
We're going to make all of this and fry when you have these beautiful fingers , you know , they will be like soft but when they go in , they will come out nice and crispy .

Slowly the chicken pieces will get nice brown color .
But remember one thing you got to fry at least 78 minutes so that it is nicely cooked from inside .
The chicken will be so juicy from inside , but nice and crunchy from outside after around 78 minutes .
Look at this chicken .
Now you tell me this is fried in the fresh oil .
This is freshly coated mixture .
And can you guarantee this one in a fast food outlet or outside ?
Especially during these times when you can make this good this fresh at home .

Panco bread is a kind of bread term that was uh created long time back especially for crumb frying .
So you can go and ask for panco bread , various brands make that and take these chicken pieces , small ones and just coat it with bread .
You can also add a little bit egg but not necessary .
Roll it in the bread with a crumb , just leave it like that and you can keep this ready ahead of time and when your guests come or whenever you want to fry it for your Children , you can do it , you can even freeze it , defrost it and fry it and they will come out excellent fry this chicken till it is nice and you know , golden .
I have shown at least four or five kinds of chicken nuggets .
This one is nice .
Little bit of red masala .
I've also used the herbs and done it before and you can do whichever way you want .
But ultimately , the color has to look golden and it should melt in your mouth .
That's when these chicken nuggets are good .
These ones you can fry just for four or five minutes and they will come out nice and beautiful .
The trimmings of that chicken be made into small little chicken nuggets .
