I'm so excited today because we'll be making my no fail sugar bread recipe for this recipe .
You need 500 g of bread , flour or hard flour .
As some people call it , we'll have to sift the flour twice .
I've already sifted it once .
So I'm going to show you the second time .
So I'm adding two tablespoons of powdered milk .
I'm sifting it together with the flour .
The reason why I'm sifting it twice is because I want the dough to be very smooth .
I'm going to add in a pinch of salt .
Make sure the salt doesn't get direct contact with the yeast .
Course it sugar bread .
I'm going to add in half cup of sugar .
You can use less sugar if you don't want it too sweet .

One tablespoon of yeast .
45 g of margarine or butter , one medium sized egg and then one cup of water .
That is all you need .
So I've added my pineapple flavor before I added the water because I didn't want to exceed one cup .
It should be exactly one cup .
So we are going to need for 20 20 minutes .
But for the 20 minutes , it , it wouldn't be straight 20 minutes .
We are going to need for five minutes and let our machine rest for five minutes and then need for another five minutes .
Machine will rest for five minutes until you need for 20 minutes .

So this is our first five minutes .
I'm going to let my mixer rest for five minutes and then we continue .
So the secret for making this homemade bread have the same texture of that of a commercial bakery is the kneading process .
You have to need it very well .
So that the gluten will be activated in the bread after your third five minutes of needing .
So after 15 minutes and you realize that your dough is too sticky , just add one tablespoon of flour .
So I added one tablespoon of flour to mine to get this texture .
So I said if you are needing this by hand , I recommend doing it for 30 minutes .
With this method , we are going to shape our dough into our bread pan straight away .
Most homemade bread recipes require you to prove your dough first , punch it down and then shape it .
But we are not going to use that method .
We are using the commercial bakeries method .
They don't prove do they just shape it and then allow it to rise in the pans .
I divided my dough into two equal parts .
This recipe gives you two loaves of bread .
Look at how elastic this dough is .
I'm stretching it so wide and it's not breaking .
I'm greasing my rolling pen with butter instead of flour .
I've also greased my board with uh the same butter because I don't want to use too much flour .
So we are going to shape this into a loaf .
I don't really know how to explain this .
So just watch me and learn you money .
I'm rolling , I'm pinching the ends in .
It's not that perfect .
But so this is my first ever bread tutorial .
I'm doing on youtube because I've been trying to make bread for a very long time .
I keep trying , but I never get it perfectly .
So I'm like , no , I'm not gonna share any recipe on bread because I don't , I don't get it .
And the type , the way I like my bread , you know , it never comes out like that .
So um I'm very hesitant in sharing a bread recipe .
I've been reading on bread making a lot .
I've been doing my researches and I finally found the best process to make homemade bread .
If you follow this recipe line by line , trust me , you also make the perfect bread at home .
As you can see , I'm using the other half to make some bread rolls .
So I've divided it into six equal parts .
I'm shipping them into balls .
We are going to cover them with some clean towels and allow them to rise until they double or triple in size .
I left mine for two hours .
I'm going to bake them at 100 and 60 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes .
Create a moist environment for the bread .
I'm going to pour some hot water into my a to and then place it at the bottom of my oven .
You want your bread to be moist and not dry .
God's mentioned that halfway through the bacon , I cover the bread with some aluminum foil because I want uh it to be pale .
That's how I like my bread .
I don't like it too brown .
My bread rolls are ready and I love is also ready that going to let it cool a bit before I take it out from the pan .

So I decided to make an experiment for you guys to see how amazing this bread recipe is .
I've taken half of the loaf .
I'm going to store it in a plastic bag and then show you the next day or the next few days .
This is the next day after more than 24 hours later .
And this is the bread .
It's even softer than the first day .
Look at that can easily be mistaken for Uncle John's bread if you're in the UK , you know how Uncle John's bread is .
