Hotel Room Cooking - Steak with a Clothing Iron!

Look at that .

So this is where things start to get pretty weird .

I'm sure at this point , you know , you have youtube .

So you've probably seen people cooking with these .

We've done quesadilla .

People do grilled cheese .

But I wanted to do something a little extra weird today .

I also wanted to treat myself to some steak because it's the first night and it's good to treat yourself when good things are going on in your life .

Even when they're not , you gotta treat yourself , be kind to yourself because you know yourself and this steak is a stick .

Oh my God .

Shit .

Know how sick it was .

It probably wasn't the smartest thing .

Although I have an idea .

Cut it in half .

Get two sticks .

Boom bitches .

So what I'm gonna do is start , I actually brought some of these rice noodles and these , they're like vermicelli rice and they're great because they will cook in boiling water .

Some rice noodles do some don't .

Um But these will cook but just you don't need to like actually keep them like in a pan with boiling water .

Like you just boil some water , dump it over and these guys should cook .

So I'm just gonna break them up , put them in there , just have a little nosy .

Now , I want to just add a little , just a little something to flavor just because this will kind of cook with that .

Throw some peppers into one of them .

Why not ?

And I'll throw some chili into the other one .

I've actually never done this before , so I'm just hoping it works and if it doesn't , you know , who cares ?

Because I've got other great stuff on my bag .

I think I really like the idea of a , a little carrot in there .

Well , it seems like this thing's a little broken because it looks like one's getting a lot more than the other .

But what I'll do because I can't stop it .

Oh , Jesus , it just has an on no off .

It's funny .

I was just reading a Sounds of Titan book and one of the lines was saying that these UFO ships they have on buttons and off buttons , but the off buttons didn't work and they couldn't stop the UFO S and was saying that it's because humans like to know they have the option to turn things off , even if they don't actually have the option .

And I just realized that is the situation I'm in right now .

It's funny how life just like synchrony meets up like that .

All right .

Just gonna see if I can pour this beautiful .

Now we take our hot , hot this back .

So I got these little cups .

I'm just gonna kind of mix them around a little bit .

So the noodles get the water in there .

I can drain the water off , of course .

But that'll be a nice get some veg cooked just a little bit with those noodles .

Really glorious with that stick .

Do so I've got some tin foil , right ?

And then I've got this green sauce , but I don't have any oil .

So I'm thinking Mike's talked about this trick a lot .

Takes some mayo .

It's got salt in it , it's got oil .

It's got this hell of glorious .

This flavor just mayo .

It up on one side and then add a little bit of the Glorious Brother's green sauce or it's not sauce in this case .

But this is like an Italian ginger seasoning mix .

Every mix I make is a little bit different , but it's got salt in it too , which is real dope .

Put that over .

Try not to touch the stick in my hand .

So I don't have to keep washing my damn hands .

I'm sure you're watching this .

I am dead sober right now .

But sometimes just channeling you guys .

I feel like high balls because I'm high on life .

That's the reality of it .

I have no clue , no concept as to what can happen .

But I'll wrap this up and so I'm having to , to , to , ok .

I'm just gonna let that sit for a while and this is gonna take a long time and the reality of it is it might not cook all the way through .

I might have to slice it up and then do some more searing .

But I wanted to see what happens .

Holy hell .

But I just realized I don't have a strainer and that was kind of my mistake .

I always bring a strainer with me and I did not bring a strainer .

I think I was rushing had this idea to take a plastic bag , just poke little tiny holes in it .

Let's see .

And if I just kind of hold this like this in theory .

Oh , hell , yeah .

Well , stream , I can probably even go bigger than that .

Damn , this is Jazz .

See , this is like how you macgyver the crap out of your hotel room ?

You don't even try .

No , no , I , well , damn if you try but you can't try .

Look at that fresh delicious noodles .

Even just that just that some carrots , throw a little sauce in there , you'll be happy .

So I'm just realizing now that even though I assumed it would take a long time to cook for all I know it's already cooked , it's , it's , it could be completely raw .

It could be completely cooked .

I have no idea .

All that I do now is take the steak drippings , pour them into this cup .

It's not gonna look good just yet .

So this little I can actually get jiggy with them , using that little vinegar in there .

A little sauce .

Gotta go with some ketchup .

Goes a little bit of ketchup in there if we can fork this guy out just a little bit and a little bit of that zip , zip .

Little mustard too .

Oh , mustard juice apparently wants to have a party .

You know , any kind of Italian seasoning will work but you can't beat the screen .

And then of course , Mr Beautiful stick made in a freaking iron , a clothing iron .

That's maybe the sexiest stick I've ever seen Mike eat it .

Considering the hotel room more that goes on .
