So this is where things start to get pretty weird .

We've done quesadilla .

But I wanted to do something a little extra weird today .
I also wanted to treat myself to some steak because it's the first night and it's good to treat yourself when good things are going on in your life .
Even when they're not , you gotta treat yourself , be kind to yourself because you know yourself and this steak is a stick .

It probably wasn't the smartest thing .
Although I have an idea .
Cut it in half .
Get two sticks .

So what I'm gonna do is start , I actually brought some of these rice noodles and these , they're like vermicelli rice and they're great because they will cook in boiling water .
Some rice noodles do some don't .
Um But these will cook but just you don't need to like actually keep them like in a pan with boiling water .
Like you just boil some water , dump it over and these guys should cook .
So I'm just gonna break them up , put them in there , just have a little nosy .
Now , I want to just add a little , just a little something to flavor just because this will kind of cook with that .
Throw some peppers into one of them .
Why not ?
And I'll throw some chili into the other one .
I've actually never done this before , so I'm just hoping it works and if it doesn't , you know , who cares ?
Because I've got other great stuff on my bag .
I think I really like the idea of a , a little carrot in there .

I was just reading a Sounds of Titan book and one of the lines was saying that these UFO ships they have on buttons and off buttons , but the off buttons didn't work and they couldn't stop the UFO S and was saying that it's because humans like to know they have the option to turn things off , even if they don't actually have the option .
And I just realized that is the situation I'm in right now .
It's funny how life just like synchrony meets up like that .

Now we take our hot , hot this back .
So I got these little cups .
I'm just gonna kind of mix them around a little bit .
So the noodles get the water in there .
I can drain the water off , of course .
But that'll be a nice get some veg cooked just a little bit with those noodles .
Really glorious with that stick .
Do so I've got some tin foil , right ?
And then I've got this green sauce , but I don't have any oil .
So I'm thinking Mike's talked about this trick a lot .
Takes some mayo .
It's got salt in it , it's got oil .
It's got this hell of glorious .
This flavor just mayo .
It up on one side and then add a little bit of the Glorious Brother's green sauce or it's not sauce in this case .
But this is like an Italian ginger seasoning mix .
Every mix I make is a little bit different , but it's got salt in it too , which is real dope .
Put that over .
Try not to touch the stick in my hand .
So I don't have to keep washing my damn hands .
