First of all , I got 500 g , water , soft butter , everything is room temperature at the moment .

I'm gonna chuck it straight in this mixing bowl , 500 g with a soft butter .

But I wanna say to you , I got one cup of dark brown sugar .

I'm I'm gonna give you 500 g worth of dark sugar .

Also , I'm gonna chop this one cup of sugar .

This is a soft sugar .

This is a grown sugar .

Um Then I'm gonna give you a 500 g worth of sugar .

I put in one cup of the brown sugar and I'm gonna use some white sugar that's gonna mix it together .

Now what we're gonna do , we're gonna cream the sugar and the butter together and I wanna say you guys are gonna love this .

So if you got a different kind of mixer , you can use your mixer with .

So so far it's looking so good with a spoon .

You dispatch it , you need to use it and scrap around the side like this to get everything done in the bo I mean when you are it it get everything planned .

So give it up five more minutes and this is the way it look like really flakey and nice and beautiful .

So what we're gonna do , we're gonna add you some egg .

Um I wanna say to you you need to give it a good roughly 50 minutes or a blending with your hand blender .

Make the sugar and butter .

Smooth it out really nice and beautiful .

Uh remember 5 g 500 g of sugar , 500 g but 500 g nice .

So what we're gonna do um I'm already just dude eight egg .

So we're gonna take a little time and add the egg inside of it just like this .

So that is two so far and then they blend it .

Then the best part to use on the grater is right here to get it really smooth for the lemon .

You need to use like a spooner or something and give it a spin like this to get everything work inside of it .

So what we're gonna do , we're gonna add you some flour which we already just show you how to put your stuff and mix it around .

We're gonna take a little time and work it .

I wanna say it guys this fruit , I've been soaking this fruit over the last roughly three months below .

So what we're gonna do if you look at the fruits , look at it beautiful and nice .

What I did earlier , I did blend out my fruits a little bit because you know some people like the fruits inside of it .

Some people don't like when the fruits all are inside of it .

I love when my fruits blend out .

That when they are trying the cake and that come like you trying like a piece of rubber , you're eating a piece of nice Jamaican rum fruit cake .

Then I'm gonna add you another I I put 1000 g water fruit so far inside of it .

I'm gonna give you another at least you see on the scale right over here another eight ounce more of the fruits inside of it .

Then I'm just gonna give it a little bit of blend but I wanna say guys have to be careful because this is just a small un blender .

So before you blend it , you need to just work your the fruits and everything inside of it .

So you have to , you know , give it the right flavor .

I want you guys to enjoy this recipe .

Honestly , it is a beautiful Jamaican Rome fruit cake .

I know you guys that I love this beautiful one and as I said as you can see the recipe for yourself .

Oh I make it .

I put the lemon cinnamon spice everything inside of it .

Lemon greater your lemon .

Put it some people use greater the orange also but you don't need to use the orange .

You can use the lemon because the lemon alone is very strong .

Um Well , I wanna say to you you need to pre warm your over for at least at least what ?

Good 20 minutes um to make this old process right here .

I wanna say it take me roughly 4 to 5 minutes to get it really perfect like this .

Then what the beauty behind it you can see it really looking really nice , beautiful .

Um I got a bacon tray .

You gonna put it in I got too tight but we're gonna give you the first one .

the beauty is that I wanna say have your hoven pre eat it for about roughly 20 minutes before it put it inside .

Then next you need to cook it on a low temperature .

Not too high .

I wanna say put if you're using a oven like numbers put a gas mark at rough like the three to get that perfect cook , then if you use an another type of oven like I don't know , it all depends on the kind of oven you have um put it really low and prefer you cook it for at least three hour and a low temperature and you get a perfect cook for the Christmas cake .

Um If you're gonna put your eye , you're not gonna get that cook or you like .

So the lower it is the longer it takes to cook .

So roughly this will take at least 2.5 to 3 hour to give it that perfect cook .

And the gas mark tree .

I wanna say to you is a 26 centimeter one perfect one .

Um good size .

Um What I did before I use some butter .

I rub it around because this one , I don't need to use paper inside of this one .

This one give it that perfect bacon .

Easy to come on , easy to angle and I say it is good , really nice bacon tray for cake .

Um This is , as I said , 26 centimeter .

This is what I'm gonna do now , I'm just gonna pour the mixture inside of it .

You can carry it up as roughly right here because this is not a cake for you're looking for like um I would say roughly you're not looking for rising because fruit cake don't rise .

So you can come up straight to the line that's fine with the line because you are looking for a perfect cake .

So you don't need to worry because this cake don't rice .

So you can always bring it up straight to the line .

You don't need to make a cake really dark , dark like like tar , you know , you can give it a nice perfect color .

When you go in the oven and you bake it , you gonna change in color .

So as as I say , have your gas milk on a no flame .

This cake gonna take at its roughly three hours to cook because it's a kind of which is the kind of shit and it all it is .

You can see there's a big cake , big fruit , fruit cake , a fruit cake like this .

Now what we're gonna do at the end of it , we're gonna put some rum over it .

We're gonna put some wine , we're gonna cream flam , it make it cooler .

Please don't remove .

Don't open the oven .

That's another mistake where I did .

I opened my oven to check at it .

Um Don't open it over , just leave it over and close for at least a hour and a half and a low flame .

Put your gas mark and a low flame and bake it because in my top I get a split but that's fine .

I'm gonna soak it with some wrong .

This is the cake which is perfect .
