Ok .
So just keep stirring after about three minutes , it should have thickened up some .
And then we're gonna add the rest of the ingredients which will be half a cup of half and half .
We need some vanilla extract .
And this is calling for salted butter .
You guys , it's calling for two tablespoons of salted butter .
I don't normally buy salted butter .
So that means I'm gonna add a little bit of salt to it .
And as a matter of fact , I'm just gonna add a pinch and when I say a pinch , it's literally a pinch where I pinch it in between my fingers and so I won't forget I'm gonna go in and put the salt in there , ok ?
That was just a pinch of salt and that's gonna you know , take care of that salt that I needed in the butter .
Alright .
We are just barely starting to thicken up .
So let me bring you guys over here really close over this pot so you can , so you can see what I'm doing and what's happening .
And that was my timer going on to let me know that it's been three minutes .
You see how that's thickened up , ok ?
So that's what you should be looking like .
So now that that's thicken up , we're gonna add this half and half , it's half a cup on the keep story .
Uh This is my vanilla , not my vanilla .
I'm gonna go in and add my two about two tablespoons of butter and then I'm gonna add the table tablespoon of my vanilla extract and you want to just stir this , make sure everything is combined and you know at this point I'm gonna turn off my burner , ok ?
Everything is totally mixed and that's it for the vanilla sauce .
Just that simple .
Um I didn't set the timer .
My my um bread pudding is in , I'm gonna set the timer .
Oh you can't have too much butter I guess you could let the stick and then see with this vanilla sauce .
Ok , so the vanilla cream sauce is steel , it's creamy .

Ok , let's see I think I want to pour it , ah , wanna use my measuring cuff and pour it because it has this spout on it and I can , um , I think it drizzles better if I pour it from something that has a spout .
