Today , I'm going to show you how , how I my mom showed me how to make um some homemade bread .
It's a , it's a lot , it's a lengthy process , but you know , I love fresh um homemade bread , you know , so I thought I would share this with you .

I already have my bow all set up .
I have four cups of flour in in my bowl .
Um I normally I would yield about four precise bread with this recipe .
So that's four cups of flour and I have two tablespoons of brown sugar and use this instant yeast park to my mixture .
All right , I added um one teaspoon of salt and now I'm gonna add um 33 tablespoons of butter .
Alright .
So the next thing I'm gonna do , I'm gonna mix up the make sure the butter is nicely man .
It up into with the flour .
You could see , I hope you could see that I'm gonna this process before I add any water .
So now that the uh butter is nicely melt , blend it in with the flour .
I'm gonna add some warm water and let's put some water in a measure cup .
But it's only micro me for what , 5 50 seconds ?
And that's it .
Um , warm water and one more it is basically to bring the east into effect faster if you put your water too , too hot .
Of course , you put , putting your hand into hot water and you know , you don't want it too hot .
You burn your hands .

So , making bread is , is basically when you have like time in today's Sunday and I have a pie in the oven right now .
So what I will do it might not work out rightly .
But if you like baking anything um like for lunch , you probably could do your , your bread one time .
So you put everything in the oven because baking bread takes a lot of time .
You have to let it do rest and then you heat it up , put it in your pan , let that rice .
So that takes some time .

Add enough water until only dry flour is melted in together .
Yes , great .
The trick you find that the moist flour is not sticking up in your hand .
Too much .
Put some dry flour into your hands , rub your hands together and you remove all the excess moist flour from your hands .
Everything is gonna be nice together .
The texture .
My dough is nice and soft , just like how I like it .
I have a small bit of pot here to use up .
I want to use that excess flower and a bit of small bit of water .
Just a curve that , yeah , sorry .
My flow is not all together .
All the floor is used up .
So I'm gonna wrap it for , for a little while and I'll come back to it .
Let me just show you the stick .
I have some dried flour in my hand .
I'll just rub my hand together to remove all the excess flour .
More the dry flour from it .
Move the noise for my hands .
See , after about 10 minutes , I'm gonna check my flower .
Leave it again .

So you see my dough is nice and smooth .
That's what I'm looking for .

Rest for like about 15 minutes .
I I'm gonna come up again and I'm trying , I'm trying to section it off , section it off for each loaf of bread .
Um , by that time by that 15 minutes , the should have risen a little bit .
Ok .
I'm almost ready .

The next step .
I have my baking pan , one of them , I'm going to grease it .
But um , you could use butter , but I have my P spray , non , non nonstick spray .
I'm just gonna spray .
The plan was this and that , that puts my , my do into actually I think I this tree that goes from this , this recipe .

The dough is nice .
It's starting to rise .
Nothing good .
So I'm gonna separate it into three bowls so I can get my three loaves of bread .
I separate the three equal pieces as equal as I can .

It doesn't look too much .

I'm gonna put my oven to hot at 350 degrees and then put them in .
My bread is all done .
I almost fell asleep making the , with the bread and I get nice and brown .
So it's all done .
