So how do you make ?
No need bread in the instant pot .
We got inspirations from Jim Leahy's famous .
No need bread .
What's awesome is it's super easy to make with minimal hands on time .
All you need is four ingredients .
Yeah .
Flour , water , salt and yeast .
That's all you need .
Some people like to add flavorings like spices , nuts , fruits or cheese , but those are optional and you'll end up with a delicious and crusty arty sun bread .
It's quite fun and rewarding , especially if you're a beginner .
So let's get baking first .
We're going to make the bread dough , add salt to the all purpose flour and mix them very well .
Then the instant yeast also makes it as thoroughly as you can .
We tried both active dry yeast and instant yeast and both worked .
However , we found sap instant yeast to be a bit more beginner friendly .
Be careful not to add too much salt because it can affect the yeast growth .
So that's why we purposely mix the salt in yeast separately to further foolproof the recipes .
Now create a well and pour in the water , then mix all the flour in and have formed a wet sticky dough depending on your flour .
You might need to add a bit more water but be careful not to add too much to me .
Baking is like magic .
It's mesmerizing to see how ordinary ingredients can transform into beautiful and tasty foods .
Out of the magical box .
Come to think of it .
Every one of us has been gifted with all sorts of raw ingredients and tools at times , they may not seem to be much .
But as we sharpen our tools and learn how to use our ingredients , even abilities or characteristics that may be as ordinary as flour , water or heat .
You can use them to bake a blessing to serve the world .
Now , we'll let the yeast do its magic and let the dough rise to the occasion .
Don't forget to cover the dough with a lid to retain moisture .
The temperature affects the time it takes for the dough to rise and the rising time determines the bread's flavor .
The optimal temperature for yeast to grow is between 75 to 85 F .
So if your kitchen's temperature is cooler or hotter than that , you can rise your dough in the instant pot , just use the yogurt low or less setting or the SUFI function on certain instant pots .
Your goal is to let it double in size .
Now , we're going to shape the bread dough first grease the container with some oil , then lightly dust , your work surface with some flour dust just enough .
So the dough won't stick to the surface to avoid the dough from sticking to your hand .
You can wet your hand with just a bit of water .
So all you have to do is fold the bottom part up and then pull and stretch the top part and fold it down , then flip it over and kind of shape it into a round ball shape , place it into the container and cover it with a lid .
You can cook it now , but we recommend proofing it for 1 to 2 hours .
If you're using a closed container with no removable bottoms , place it directly into water , set it to pressure cooked at high pressure for 40 minutes followed by a 10 minutes natural release .
So first measure the bread's temperature , the core should be around 100 8290 F .
The bread is actually fully cooked .
At this point .
You can give it an amazing crust with the air fryer lid or in the oven , press the broil button , then set the temperature to 400 F and cooking time to 20 minutes .
Oh , it smells so good .
You did it .
You made artisan bread in your instant pot .
So don't get too carried away with the amazing smell and be careful .
It's piping hot .

Let the bread cool down for at least an hour before slicing .
This allows the residual heat to evaporate some of the moisture inside .
