Hey , what's up ?

Beautiful people .

It's Oin and welcome to my channel in today's video .

I'm gonna be teaching you guys how to make bread very simple and basic methods that you also want to try out at your home .

Well , the special thing about this bread I'm gonna be making today is I'm not gonna be using gas electric or jack ovens .

We're literally gonna be using firewood , a typical and local African way of method of making meals .

Let's get right into the video .

Alright guys .

So what I used in my recipe is four nice cups of Azam .

You can use any standard measuring cups you have and then two teaspoons of yeast .

I prefer using instant dry yeast because it's easy to work with and doesn't need proof in fast then six teaspoons of sugar .

Well , you can make it more sweeter or less sweeter depending on how you want your buns to taste .

So six teaspoons is just enough for us and then a pinch of salt .

Well , you're gonna mix this .

Um all the dry , the dry ingredients together .

And yeah , just with hand mix them to make sure that they're well combined .

They use the sugar and the salt is well combined in the flour before you proceed to adding in water .

So the for the water , we need one and three thirds cups of warm water still are measuring this using nice water and then needing a little bit and then I'll transfer my dough to the work area .

I prefer using this work area because it gives me enough room to stretch punch , turn , do whatever thing I wanna do with my door guys .

If you want that nice super chewable bread in your mouth , that's gonna melt in your mouth .

Make sure you need your dough at least 15 minutes guys .

Now let me tell you something about this , the more you keep on eating this dough , it's gonna keep on stretching , keep on getting .

So the gluten is it , do they say gluten is gonna be glowing ?

I don't know about the gluten thing , but what I know from my experience , the more I keep on needing hair stretching adding better within intervals .

I get that super stretchy soft bouncy dough that's gonna give me the end results that I love .

So you keep on doing this for 15 minutes .

So if you have a problem of timing yourself just to set yourself a timer aside so that you know how much time you're working with , how much time is remaining .

Um I keep on using a screw rep to get all those sides .

Uh the door where the door has touched and I don't want it to be there .

So I keep on like needing and then getting my scripter to do that work .

You see , to bring all the dough that is um from far away to like to combine it together into one single door .

I keep on doing this and I keep on needing 15 minutes straight .

Actually , this is another way to exercise .

So don't be just there and they're like , you know , I don't know how to exercise my a that what ?

No , this is a really pretty way of exercising from the bit of your home .

Well , um , yeah , arms work out .

This is perfect .

So after 15 minutes straight , my dough is super lovely , super stretchy , super bouncy .

I transfer it into a bowl that is rised and then cover it up with a cloth to let it stay for an hour .

And we call that fast proofing after one hour straight .

You just gonna pinch it down , pinch punch , punch it down well , and then proceed to shaping it the way you want it .

So I want .

So I'm shaping just simple small bowls , Saar bowls like this in the end .

This is what I have .

You see , my pants are well greased , my chips are well layer and we are ready for the second proofing .

So after the second proofing , I'm gonna transfer my uh my bands into a source where I already heat my sand on firewood .

I'm gonna cover this pan with uh anything .

So this is an iron sheet ribbing here is relatable and so typical .

So I'm gonna let it bake for about 20 minutes .

You can see after 20 minutes they are double the size , they are bigger .

So this is an indicator that it is now time to change the coals and let the aide also bake .

So guys , another indication that you must change the cold .

Sometimes when the sides of your bands or red have browned , it's now time to change the cos or to change the fire and put it up so that the aide also breaks .

So this takes around 5 to 10 minutes .

Um Real repeats .

Some of you don't like firewood .

My guys once in a while , you need to remind yourself of who you are .

Many African uh homes use this firewood to prepare meals for their family .

So why not ?

Sometimes they just love it .

It brings so many memories of us in the village when we're still young .

So guys , it's gonna be for 10 , 5 to 10 minutes and see what we have here .
