Please leave me a comment .

Um , Below And , um , just make sure you watch the video right till the end .

And also you'll find the list of ingredients in the description box below .

And if you wanted to make more , none just double the quantity of all the ingredients .

So I'm gonna leave you with this one , and I'll catch you soon with another one .

But before we do that , we're gonna run through the ingredients with you quickly , and then we'll start cooking .

So the ingredients you're going to need is two cups , which is 500 grammes of plain flour .

I've got here 1/4 of a cup of warm water .

Now , your water needs to be warm , but not hot .

Otherwise , it will kill the yeast , and it won't activate it .

And that is approximately 60 millilitres I've got here .

Uh , 30 millilitres of oil .

I've got the same of milk .

I'm just using a semi skimmed milk .

You can use full fat if you wish , and I've just warmed up in the microwave for around 15 seconds .

I've got here two tablespoons of , uh , Greek yoghurt , and I have here one teaspoon of sugar .

I've got half a teaspoon plus 1/4 of a teaspoon of , um , dried active yeast .

Just make sure your yeast is in date .

I've got here half teaspoon of salt , the same of baking powder .

And I've got here half a teaspoon of nigella seeds , which is also known as which is , uh , quite commonly sort of like used in non recipes .

And I've got here , uh , around four tablespoons of , uh , salted butter I'm using and a freshly chopped coriander .

So let's start cooking .

So the first thing we're going to do is we're gonna prepare our dough So we've got our flour and we're gonna add all our dry ingredients in .

So starting with the yeast festival , then the nigella seeds , the salt , the baking powder and the sugar , and then just give everything a mix .

And then I'm gonna add the milk , the water , the oil and the yoghurt like that , and then just mix this together and you can see that that's nicely combined all the ingredients in there , and what I'm going to do is I've got here half a cup more of warm water again .

So I'm gonna add that in and just bring everything together .

And the reason why we're adding water slowly into this is because we don't want the door to be too soft and just keep adding small amounts of water into this .

So in total , I've added two half cups of warm water and also 1/4 of a cup of water and just need this now for about two minutes .

Right ?

OK , so I've needed the dough for around two minutes , and it's really nice and soft and springy , and I'm just gonna use whatever oil's left in here just to lightly grease the top .

And now we're gonna take some cling film and just cover the top of the ball , and we're gonna let this sit to double in size in a warm spot .

Uh , and it should sort of , like take around anything between an hour to an hour and a half .

So I'll see you guys back when it's doubled in size .

Right ?

OK , so coming back to my door and it has doubled in size and just gonna apply a little bit of oil to my hand just to prevent it from sticking .

And it's really nice and soft , so we're just gonna take it out like that and just need it one more time like that .

And now we're going to portion it off .

So just divide it into four .

Because I'm making four nouns , and I've also got some plain flour in a bowl here , and I'm just gonna form my little door ball .

So before we actually start making our nuns , what we're going to do is we're going to preheat our air fryer on 200 degrees C .

So I've already done that .

And now we're just gonna roll out our , uh , nun , apply a little bit more flour , push down like that around the edges like that , just flatten it out a little , had a little bit more flour on top , and then just roll it out into a circle shape .

There we are , nicely rolled out , and what I'm going to do is I'm actually gonna take a fork , and I'm just gonna prick it just randomly , just on the top like that .

And this will just stop the nun from puffing up .

And now I got my air fryer here .

I'm just gonna pick this up .

I've got my air fryer , which I've already preheated , and I'm gonna gently lower this in just like that .

You don't need to put any parchment or anything in there So we're turning the air fryer on to 200 degrees C , and we're going to cook it for six minutes .

And I'm also gonna turn my shake function on which will alert me halfway through the cook turn the , uh , non bread over .

So I'm gonna do that .

I'm gonna turn it on and I'll see you guys back halfway through the cook .

OK , so the halfway timer has just gone off , so I'm just gonna show you .

That's how it looks like that .

And I'm just gonna flip it just like that , just to allow the other side to cook .

So for three more minutes and they'll be ready and I'll show you how it looks once it's done right .

OK , so the air fryer nan is all ready looking absolutely wonderful .

So that's the other side cooked completely .

And that is how it looks .

Look at that .

I'm just gonna pop this on the plate , and here I've got my clarified butter , and I'm just gonna add this into , um , a little jar or a ball .

Whatever you've got , I'm gonna add a little bit of coriander into that as well chopped coriander .

Just give that a mix like that and then with a brush .

Just apply that generously all over your nan .

Just look at how amazing this looks .

And there we have it .

Guys .

Nan bread in an air fryer .

Absolutely wonderful .

So easy .

Super , Super soft , Fully cooked .

Oh , my God , this is so hot .

And I'm now gonna continue making the rest of mine .

And once they're done , I'll show you how they look .
