How to Post to Multiple Facebook Groups (2022) - IT WORKS!

The Greek philosopher , he once said change is the only constant in life .

And I get the feeling that meta formerly known as Facebook has quite literally taken that as a challenge , which means that for those of us small business owners that are using the platform to promote our business .

Well , a lot of the tips and tools features on the platform can get outdated really quickly take for instance , this video right here that I posted in November of 2020 how to post multiple Facebook groups 2020 by February of 2021 .

I had to put a disclaimer on the video that Facebook had disabled the feature that was allowing me to very quickly and easily share a post across multiple Facebook groups .

And as somebody who uses this consistently week after week , because I share weekly marketing videos and I share these across multiple Facebook groups .

I then went from taking about 10 seconds to be able to create a post and share it across all these groups .

To now having to take several minutes to copy and paste the same post across multiple Facebook groups .

So imagine my surprise and delight when the other day when I was tinkering in Facebook , I saw that they had actually brought this feature back .

So in today's video , if you are looking for the most recent and updated , way to share your Facebook post across multiple Facebook groups in 2022 .

Keep watching because in this video , I'm going to show you where you can access this feature and how very easily and quickly now you can share a Facebook post in multiple Facebook groups , all and Vivian with the season marketer where we help small business owners with less than five employees .

So right now I'm going to tap into my computer and show you where you can now access this feature to be able to post two multiple Facebook groups at once .

Ok .

So to begin with , I've logged into Facebook right now and I'm going to head over to my business Facebook page .

Um I'm gonna come up here and switch my profile to the seasoned marketer .

That's my business page .

Now over here to the left , you're gonna see options and the one option that you are looking for is going to be the meta business suite option .

If you have not activated or switched over to meta business suite , you'll want to do that in order to gain access to being able to share on to multiple Facebook groups .

At once .

Here I am in the meta business suite side of my Facebook business page and I'm going to head over here to um planner and hit create .

And so now I'm able to create a new post .

Now , you'll notice that if you have your Facebook and Instagram integrated here to the left hand side , you'll see options for both of those .

I also here have a um access to publish onto the Facebook group that I'm an admin to .

But let me clarify , you do not have to be an admin in order to utilize this feature and to post to multiple Facebook groups once .

So I'm about to show you how to do that .

I've already typed out um what I want for my verbiage on my post .

So I'm going to paste that right here .

And basically what I'm going to post is if you're feeling overwhelmed with the marketing , you know , if you are a small business , we can help , we have a resourceful business owner community that you could join to get free marketing resources .

And I , I'm going to add this photo here from my desktop to go with it .

So the image is going to be this image right here and then um I have the caption already done .

So I am ready to post this up here because I have or the Facebook business page .

The season marketer selected , I don't want to post it on Instagram .

So I am not going to select the Instagram option and I am um I do not want to post it on to the Facebook group that I'm an admin to the resourceful business owner , community group because those people are already signed up for the community .

So I don't need to ask them to sign up for it .

I'm gonna click right here to where it says , see more groups and you'll notice up pops all of the groups that I am a member of .

Now .

I do want to clarify that these groups right here .

The support small business South Carolina , hand to hand small business , Goose Creek , small business owners , forum , businesses of Charleston and surrounding areas , small youtubers boost and the self-employed small business owners and entrepreneurs .

These groups , I am a me , a member of under the season Marketer Business page .

I have groups that I am a member of as well personally under my own personal account .

But for the business page , this is uh here are the groups that I'm a member of and that I can actually post to .

So I'm not going to select that top one resourceful business owner , community for the reasons .

I've already told you I am going to select the support small business South Carolina , hand hand small business , Goose Creek , small business owners forum .

It just allows you to select three of them at a time .

We're gonna do those three .

I'm gonna hit save and then I am going to publish .

There we go .

We are publishing to all three of those Facebook groups on top of our season marketer Facebook page .

Now let's go in and check it to make sure that it did post to them .

Some of the groups , I'm a member of actually require an admin to approve the post .

So they still may not reflect until the admin um , actually approves the post .

But for one of them , I believe , I do know for a fact does not require admin and one of those is going to be the , I believe , um support small business South Carolina Group .

So let's see if it posted it on here .

So there's my post .

It worked , it actually posted on this one .

Let's see if the Goose Creek Small Business owners forum group .

Also this one , I think the admin has to approve it .

Oh , no , it's posted on that one as well too .

So that's two of the three groups that we selected and it did post .

Uh , the last one I think was the hand hand small Business and that one still has not posted because for that one .

I do think we need admin .

Uh Yes .

So you'll see it says pending post one post so I can hit manage post .

And it'll show me the post that I just created um using this post to multiple groups features .

The one thing it looks like it is going to limit you to posting to three groups .

And that's probably for spamming reasons .

You can determine um how useful that is for you .

For me .

If you notice , I only had a select group of Facebook groups .

I'm a part of through the season marketer as a business page , which means that for me , it's probably something that is going to save me a little bit of time because then I could also schedule it to post to the other groups .

Maybe I don't know , a couple of hours , you know , later .

So maybe I could do three of the groups in the morning and three of the groups in the afternoon , but I'll play around and try that as well .

Ok .

So here's the thing since I am a part of all of the other Facebook groups through my personal page because some of these groups don't allow you to join as a business , but it requires a personal Facebook profile .

That means that I will not be able to use this feature for the groups that I'm a member of through my personal Facebook account .

So that's a little bit of a bummer .

But because this is something that you have to access through meta business suite and meta business suite is only available to Facebook business profiles .

That's the one key here .

So I am still going to have to utilize my good old fashioned copy and pasting and uploading the picture for every single group for the ones that I'm a member of through my personal page , my personal Facebook profile .

But if this saves you time , um you know , like I said , you can schedule three at a time , so just kind of set them up in intervals and maybe give it an hour or two in between .

And you can use meta business suite to coordinate and to schedule those .
