I will be making these super delicious , very easy breakfast potatoes .
These are my to go breakfast potatoes .
They're so good .

Guys , first thing I'll be doing is cutting my potatoes .
I am using Brusett potatoes for today's recipe .
So we're going to get started by peeling the skin off .
I am using about five brusette potatoes .
Next , you are going to be cutting them just like that into a thin layer .
OK ?
A very thin layer .
Make sure you have a knife that is nice and sharp , very , very thin .
OK , guys , keep that in mind .
Now I am going to cut my onions .
I like to add onions to it .
It gives it a nice flavor .
You can also add some green bell peppers .
You know .
Now to a skillet , I am going to be adding about four tablespoon of oil .
Not too much , not too little .
Then you are going to allow that to be nice and hot .
Now I am going to be adding the potatoes in .
Yeah .
Ok .
Now I am going to be adding the onions like I said , you can add some bell peppers to this if you like .
But today we're going to keep it nice and quick and easy and simple , ok .
Keep stirring it as you go , of course .
Alright .
Now these are the seasoning .
I am going to be adding in .
I have some Cajun seasoning , onion powder , garlic powder , parsley salt and paprika .
Now the paprika going to give this a nice beautiful color and also the Cajun will give it a nice kick if you don't like it to be too spicy , you can add less of the Cajun seasoning or you can just remove it completely .
So we're going to mix that in and just add it beautiful .
It smells so good .
This is my to go my to go breakfast potato guys .
I don't eat breakfast potatoes any other way .
Now , now guess what I'm about to do guys .
Guess what ?
Because these are thinly sliced .
They about to be ready , about to they're not ready yet .
They about to be ready .
So what I'm going to do is , we're going to take a little bit of chicken broth .
Yes , we're going to add that on the side , on the edge of the skillet .
Not in the middle .
Ok ?
You don't wanna ruin all the seasoning , just the side just to steam it up a bit .
This is about one fourth cup , a chicken broth .
So once you're done adding the chicken broth , give it a toss .
You can see what's going on under there , right ?
Guess what you're going to do .
Now you are going to cover this and allow the potatoes to be cooked for about five minutes on low .
I'm also going to be adding some pepper .
We cannot forget about that .
So let's just crack that in some freshly cracked pepper .
Potatoes are already I'm very excited .
Look how beautiful and it smell amazing .

So flavorful .
You can add bacon if you want sausage if you want .
But mm mm mm .
It tastes great by itself .
Imagine if you add some other bacon protein , other stuff to it .
