Nespresso Inissia - How to descale your Inissia machine

Welcome to the Nespresso Assistance Video on Descaling your Initia machine .

In order to obtain a perfect cup of coffee time after time , we recommend that you descale your initia machine at least once a year .

The Nespresso Club offers you a descaling kit that is specially designed for your Nespresso machine .

You'll see how simple it is to descale your machine .

Turn on your machine before starting .

Remember to remove any capsules .

Empty the capsule container and drip tray .

Place a container holding up to one litre under the coffee outlet .

Fill the water tank with 500 millilitres of water and the Nespresso de Scaling solution .

To activate the descaling mode , wait till the two buttons stop flashing , then simultaneously press on the two buttons for three seconds .

The lights will start flashing quickly to indicate that the descaling mode is activated .

Press the Lugo button to start .

Once the flow has finished , refill the water tank with the used solution .

Press on the Lango button and let all the descaling solution flow through the machine to finish empty and thoroughly rinse out the water tank , refill it with fresh water .

Press on the Lango button to empty the water tank completely of its contents .

Empty and rinse out the drip tray .

Press the two buttons simultaneously for three seconds to exit the descaling mode .

The buttons blink for 25 seconds .

During the preheating phase , your initia machine is now ready .
