So we're here .
I'm gonna be making some rasta pasta and that's to go with my jerk chicken that's on the other side of the stove .
Um I like to use the , I believe that's how you say it .
Correct me in the inbox in the uh message in the comment section if you're wrong .
Um But I like to use this one has a nice um feel when you eat it because of the ridges .
So um we're gonna get that boiled and then we're gonna start to cut up our other ingredients .

So these are the ingredients for the rasta pasta .
Um You can use whatever peppers you like .
I like to make it colorful .
It um just makes it look better to me .
Uh So I have all four colors , uh yellow , orange , green , red .
Um I also like to use two different Alfredo pasta sauces .
So I have the four cheese Alfredo as well as the Creamy Alfredo and then um to give it that actual rasta pasta taste , of course , you have to use jerk seasoning and the pasta that I'm gonna be using today is the uh the penny or however you pronounce it .
I'm sorry , I mispronounced it .
Uh , that's number 76 .
Um , you can use whatever pasta you like as well .
If you wanna use like a linguini or any different , um , variety of Penney is pretty good to me .
Um , yeah , and then of course you'll just use a little , uh , black pepper and , you know , just a few other things just to season about the , uh , the pasta , but not too much .

And then you can pair the rest of pasta with anything .
You can put it with shrimp , which I'm gonna also be making besides jerk chicken .
Um So yeah , it's pretty much tough .

So , um , what I did was I cut them in half the peppers and then I took out the little cores and the seeds and stuff like that .
Um Then I easily sliced them .

Just rent it out .
I find it easy .
If you put it on the back , you just run your knife down like , so you get the easy slice and then , um , once I cut the slices , I put them together and then this one I cut in half , but I cut them in threes for the longer strips so that they can match close to the size of the panini .

I'm gonna throw my peppers in there on , I , that a little bit to have it on a medium low because we are making a white stuff .
You don't really want it to .
So , so we just so and this is a no stick lo I got this from Macy's for about 30 bucks and it test dumb wonders for me .
