How To Make A Colorful Diwali Lantern _ DIY Diwali Lantern - Craft Basket.

Hey , kids .

So with the wally coming up , I'm going to teach you how to make your very own lanterns .

All you need is two different colored paper , scissors , tape , plum colored tape and glue .

So let's begin , I'll start off by taking this yellow paper and folding it in half .

Then I'll start cutting from the bottom .

But when you do this , make sure not to cut it all the way through .

So it should look like this .

Open up the paper and add glue to one side on the other paper .

Now glue both the papers together do the same for the other side .

Now I'll just cut the extra part out , but I'm going to save it for later .

Now , this part may be a bit tricky .

You put the glue at the end of the paper and roll it like this .

You can make it sick by also using the stapler .

You can use the color tap to decorate the edges .

Remember that extra piece of paper ?

Well , I'm just going to grab that and cut it in half .

Then I'll put glue on either side and use it as a handle and there you have it your very own Diwali lantern .
