Hey , everybody today , I'm gonna show you how to make some chicken fried chicken thighs .
Oh baby , it's gonna be good to you .
Well , there's a chicken thigh .
Ain't got no bone in it .
I'm gonna break it down for you there and show you what they look like .
I turn that baby over and do the same thing to one of them .
I got about , I don't know , pound and a half of there you go chicken thighs .
Now , this is very important that your salt and pepper both sides .
I just use regular old table salt and regular old table pepper on these babies .
And I got a ball of salt and pepper turned him over and you're gonna do the exact same thing to them .

Now at the bowl , put you a cup and a half of buttermilk and then a quarter cup of or more .
If you like , it's really spicy .
OK ?
There's some salt and pepper teaspoon of each .
Oh Yeah .
Now we are going to stir it up till it's all mixed really nice .
Then we're gonna pour it on top of our chicken thighs .
OK ?
OK .
And I get you some uh rap or , or something just like this and cover them and put them in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours .
Ok .
And now they've been there a couple of hours and pull them babies out and get this paper off top of them .
Now , in a paper plate , put 1.5 cups of all purpose flour , teaspoon of salt , teaspoon of pepper and a teaspoon of garlic powder .
And you wanna mix it up really , really good .
This is called seasoned flour .
It's what makes the outside of your chicken thighs taste so good .
OK .
So take your time and mix it really well , you can't do it better with just using your hands .
Mix it really , really well .
Now take your thighs , put them in the flower .
As you can see , I'm trying to get some uh flour on every nook and cranny of these chicken thighs .
Now , that's a good thing about fried chicken thighs .
Number one , they're delicious .
Number two , they have lots of nooks and crannies to put fried bits in .
You know what I'm saying ?
Oh , yeah , baby .
So cover them pretty good there .
