So I'm going to make Kiki is Japanese pancake and it's very popular Japanese sweets .
And I think it's different from pancake because it tastes sweeter and also it's much thicker than the pancakes .

And today I'm going to show you the basic way of making hot cake because I wanted to use the hot cake mix , which is hot cake flour for my other recipes .
So I hope you learned how to make it .
And I hope you enjoy my is very popular Japanese hot cake flour .
If you follow the directions on its package , you can make perfect hot cake .
The box package comes with maple syrup and it's my favorite .
But if you don't need the syrup , you can go for the value size and it's much cheaper .
The basic ingredients for hot cake is milk , egg and hot cake mix .
But you can substitute milk with water or you can skip egg or you can skip egg and use water instead of milk .
But today I'm going to use the basic ingredients because it tastes better .
Put one egg in a bowl , 200 cc milk and mix well with a whisk .
Then add hot cake flour gently cut through the mixture with a whisk .
Do not mix in the circular motion .
Get wet towel ready and heat the pan over medium .
Then all the pan like me , you can use nonstick pan but the steel pan is recommended place the pan on the wet towel to cool down the pan .
Then put a pan on a low heat .
Now pour one third of the butter from the height of 11 inches onto the pan .
Use cooking timer and cook for three minutes .
I mean , you have to time when the bubbles appear on the surface , flip with a spatula cover and cook for two more minutes .
Repeat this step and make the other two place a piece of butter if you like and don't forget to pour some maple syrup and now it's done .
