All right .
So it sounds like the construction crew is starting a little bit early today .
We're getting a little bit of work done to the house .
So I'm hoping we can get through this lesson without too much in .
So I'm hoping we get , so I'm hoping we can get through this lesson without too much distraction .
Hm .
Yeah .
What's up everyone ?
And welcome to the club in today's video .
We'll be drawing Evie from Pokemon .
I've got a piece of paper and my sharpie pen .
Let's get started .
So the first thing I want to do is move to the center of a page and start with the eyes .
So moving over towards the left side , let's draw an oval starting from the very top .
Work our way down towards the bottom of the oval and then up towards the top .
Now I'm gonna leave a large gap in the center and draw the same thing on the right .
So let's line up the top of the eye .
I'll just bring that down towards the same height and then pull it back up towards the top .
Let's add a small circle on the top of each eye for the highlight .
So we'll start on the left side coming down and pull that back up and then do the same thing on the record and then we'll add a glare along the bottom edge of the eye , starting back on the left with curve up in the middle and then down , line this up on the right and do the same thing that's fill the center of the eyes in black .
Now we're gonna move to the center and draw the nose .
We're line up at the bottom and to the eyes , move to the center and draw a small oval starting from the middle , just go out around the bottom and then back up and then we'll fill the nose in black and now we're gonna move down and draw them out .
Let's start right in the middle with a point from here on the curve down and then curl that up on the left , go back to the center , come down and then up on the right .
I'm also gonna add a fold on the inside of the eye .
I start on the left side .
I'm gonna curb it up and then out with a short line , line this up on the right and do the same thing .
Let's move out to the side and draw the lower half of the head .
We want to line up with the glare on the left side , just gonna curve the cheek going out and pulling that in .
It's gonna round this out coming down underneath the mouth towards the middle .
I go out towards the right .
We'll run out the cheek and pull that in .
Let's round up the side of the head , starting on top of the cheek .
It's gonna curve the head going out .
Oh , I'm just gonna bend that in .
Let's go to the right and do the same thing .
I'm gonna go out up and then bend that in and then we're now at two points of fur along the side , starting on the left , go up and up with the straight line .
I'm gonna back in , let's do that one more time going up and then back in .
Now I'm gonna take that and flip it over on the right now .
The fur on top of the head is gonna be brushed over towards the left .
So let's start over here , start by curving up and in , we're gonna create a point going off and then out , it'll bring that back in to create a point .
Let's do that again , going up and out towards the left .
Now I'm just gonna pull this in toward the center of the head .
Let's do another one going up and out .
Now I'm gonna continue this all the way over towards the right side , just gonna pull this across and then down .
Add a couple more .
You see that I'm starting to bend this down towards the right side and add one smaller one on the end and then we're gonna tuck the ears in behind the fur .
Let's start on the side right up here .
Start by curving up and bending that out .
Go over to the right side and do the same thing .
It's gonna go up and then bend that out .
Now I'm gonna pull the ear back down and then bend that in towards the side head just underneath this point of f let's start up here , put down round up the ear and then pull that in .
Let's do the same thing on the right and straight down .
It will start to bend that in toward the side of the head and it will trace the ears along the inside and start on the bottom and the left step up , just follow that same curve of the ear going all the way up towards the top .
Now , I'm just gonna pull this down on the inside in behind the fur and it will continue along the bob .
Now we're gonna move down and draw that large fur collar .
Let's start over on the side just underneath the head , drop the curving out and then down line this up on the right and do the same thing .
I want to create a point of fur on the outside .
Starting back on the left , we're just gonna taper this going up with a short line .
Let's go back to the side and curve it down , just bend that in .
Now , I wanna overlap the center of the fur on top of these lines .
So from here I'm gonna step up , curb down , just pull this in towards the middle .
Now , right here , I just want to curb this around and then down in the center , let's work our way up towards the right from here , we're gonna curb out and then up and step back down to create an overlap , go out and then up on the right , let's add a little bit of texture just underneath the head .
We start over on the left and draw a short curt going out and then down , go over towards the right and do the same thing .
Now , from the center , we'll move over towards the left and do one more curve going out and then down , let's find the center of the body coming down underneath the fur and draw a straight line coming down towards the bottom of the feet and then we'll round out the bottom of the feet from the center .
We're gonna curve them down up on the left , go back to the center curb down and then up on the right and then we'll round out the outside of the feet on the left , just gonna curve this around and then pull that back in with a short line towards the ankle and from the top of the foot , we're gonna curve the leg going out and up underneath the fur .
So let's start out here coming out and pulling that up and we'll do the same thing on the right going out and then up , let's separate the pole with two curves on either side .
So we start on left curve out and then down , step in , draw that twice .
Now let's go to the right side and go in the opposite direction going out and down , step in .
We done it twice .
Now , we can see the outside edge of the hind legs in behind the front feet .
So from the top of the leg , we're gonna step out underneath the fur , start by curving out and pull that in behind the leg , do the same thing on the right point out .
And then in , we're also gonna see the outside edge of the back feet .
So starting from the back of the leg curve out and pull that back in and now we're gonna swing the tail over towards the right side .
Let's start on the side of the cheek , stop that curry out and then up .
I'm just gonna taper this back down and then in .
Now from the bottom , I'm gonna step back up , curve out and up with a short line .
I'm gonna pull the tail back in behind the hind leg from here .
I'm gonna curve out round up the tail and then bend that in .
Let's separate out the end of the tail starting underneath the cheek , start by curving out and up , pull down and in , let's do that again .
Going out and up , come down it in and it'll pull this back out and up to the side of the tail and that's pretty much it .
There's Evie from Pokemon .
I hope you enjoyed today's lesson .
