2 WAYS TO CONNECT PHONES TABLETS TO TV, wire vs wireless review

Hey guys , it's Tampa Tech in this video .

I'm gonna show you two different ways to connect your smartphone to your TV .

And you don't even have to have a smart TV .

You just have to have an HDM I port that's available on your TV .

And that's it .

And I'm gonna show you one way it's gonna be wired and the other way it's gonna be wireless and plug it in right into the charging port .

It's a micro USB .

That's all it is and then plug it in there easy .

So we're done with that end and then the other end , there's two plugs , right ?

So you got the standard HDM I plug right here and the plug goes into your TV .

And then you get the USB .

Now , if you don't have a USB port that's available on your TV , you can actually plug it into a charger USB charger and plug it right into a wall , but it has to be powered open port right here , plug it in from the HDM I , and again , this is not a smart TV , by the way , and then I plug it into my open USB port and it powers on the cable , then you want to turn on your phone , you wanna switch your video source to HD M I three right there .

HT I 21 more .

HTM I three should be next and there's HDM I three and then just turn it on .

That's it .

Just the neck .

It works pretty good actually .

And then from there you could just put on a movie or whatever you want to do .

Now , I'm going to be using the Google Chromecast right here and it's I think $39 to buy it anywhere .

Best buy Amazon ebay , a bunch of places uh Google Play store sells it again , plug it , the micro USB plug and plug it in right here .

And then on the other end , you got um a standard USB that powers on the device and HDM I , so let's go ahead and plug that in .

So I plug it in my HDM I port and my TV , and then plug the USB to power it on .

And again , if you don't have a USB to power it on , just get a USB charger and plug it into the wall .

So you wanna make sure you have the Chromecast app and click on the chrome Cast app right here and then click on the menu are here and then click on screen cast and then which device you wanna connect to .

So I'm gonna connect to Chromecast kids .

That's it .

It's pretty easy , right ?

All right .

So let's go ahead and get out of this menu and just works like before you can play your games , your movies , whatever you really want to do , um , shop online , it all works just like that .

And so it doesn't matter what device you're on , it'll work , the audio and video works .

So it's pretty cool and you play your games as well .

So if you have games , you just play your games from this point on .

So this is kind of like a game console in a way , just like that .
