So I have 150 g of a double zero F flower and then I'm gonna put inside another 50 g of with about 50 grand .
So look yes , it is .

If you make it by hand , I can do this in four minutes , three minutes in five minutes , I can't even take half power .
So if you do use a food processor , you think I out comes to sack the same , that's mechanical but doesn't matter , see what you do .

You put them inside the cling film and you let you rest for about half hour that will last about nearly a week if it's well covered , tied up , put them in a fridge and after you put them in a clean film , don't forget to put them inside of a paper bag which is dark .
