This is Chef Remmy from cooking one on one dot com .
And today's recipe , we're gonna do a pasta salad .
OK .
So in today's recipe , we're gonna use , we've got four cups of uh rotini pasta .
Here .
You can use any kind of pasta you want .
Uh We've got some cherry tomatoes cut in half , some green peppers , some cubed up mozzarella .
We got some red onions , some green onions and some carrots which are match stick .
You can use whatever you want though .
Cuts , matchsticks and we're also for the sauce .
We're gonna use some Italian dressing and some OK .
So we're gonna start off , we're gonna put our past in and put some green pepper in there .
Cherry tomatoes .
The carrots are you now in red onion last but not least our mozzarella cubes .
Now , we're gonna take our Italian dressing , one cup and that's for four cups of pasta .
You're only doing two cups of pasta and you only want a half a cup and we have one cup of now I threw that in and again , you wanna mix this around and try it out and then salt and pepper it to taste .
Ok .
So we're just gonna mix that up .
So now you can see here , I've got everything mixed up .
I'm just gonna salt the taste just in case you're curious , that's probably about a teaspoon of salt there that I threw in .
Mixed that up really good .
And then she has the salad .
Ok .
So now you can also use like whole wheat to pass on this or half the fat mayonnaise .
Anything to make it healthier if you want .
That's up to you .
But this pasta has got a great taste from the Italian dressing .
Nice and creamy .
