How to make anchovy butter pasta recipe like an Italian

Hey , what's up ?

Everybody .

Look out here and welcome back to my cooking show in the episode .

We're gonna make one of the simplest Italian dish ever pasta with butter and the ingredients that we're gonna need for .

This recipe are very simple .

We need spaghetti butter , anchovies , garlic , parsley and bread crumbs .

That's it .

Just a few ingredients for an amazing pasta dish ready .

Let's do this .

The first thing that we're gonna do is to prepare some toasted bread crumb , pour two tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat at the season .

We caught your salt and toss constantly for five minutes or until crunchy and golden brown .

Let cool in a tray lined with paper towel .

You can store the bread crumbs for up to two weeks in an container .

So the reason why in Italy we use bread crumbs on top of the pasta comes from the past during our times where the people was looking for an alternative to Parmesan .

Right now , we can start preparing the sauce .

Grab 100 g of pure Irish butter , put it in the pan and let it melt slowly at this point .

We can also add 50 g of anchovies for this recipe .

It's ideal to use anchovies in olive oil instead of vinegar to not ate this dish flavor .

Using a spatula .

Start breaking down the anchovies being careful to use a low temper because they burn pretty quickly .

While the sauce is cooking , we can slice two garlic cloves , add into the pan .

We continue to cook the sauce for another five minutes .

Once the garlic is gone the brown .

Now we can add the spaghetti .

I'm not adding any salt at this point because the sauce is already briny .

We will check again later when we toast the pasta and the sauce together .

While the pasta is cooking , we can chop some fresh parsley very thinly and place in a bowl .

Drain the pasta direct into the pan 34 minutes before it is completely cooked .

Now , using a little of the starchy water , we took the pasta on and well emulsified and shiny .

As you can see , the pasta is super creamy and smell amazing .

We can turn off the stove at the fresh parsley .

We shop before and give another quick toast .

Now grab the spaghetti with the tongue tweel and place into a bowl .

And now we can add the final touch , a little bit of bread crumbs .

We toast before and that's it .

We are ready to eat .

The contrast between the sweetness of the butter and the saltiness of the anchovies is so good .

And then the interesting thing is the bread crumbs on top .

It's amazing , so easy to make .

And you can use the same bread crumbs for other recipe like salad on top of some soups , for example .
