I love making bhoba pals at home and mangoes are in seasons .
So Let's make mango bhoba milk .
Ro some mango chunks into the blender with sugar and some water .
Once you blend it into a smooth puree , transfer into a bowl along with some tapioka flour .
Mix it and microwave it for a minute and then add in some food color along with rest of the tapioka flour .
Time to get those hands dirty needed until it look like this then roll it out , cut it and shape it into bhoba pears .
These go into boiling water for about 15 minutes and once they look like this I like to throw them into an ice bath and then into some honey so they don't stick together .
Lead them in a glass with some ice cubes , mango chunks , mango milk and some milk crop .
