Let's make eggless blueberry cheesecake .
For the base , combine crushed biscuits with melted butter and then press this mixture down into the bottom of a 6 inch pan .
This goes into the fridge for the filling .
Combined cream cheese with condensed milk , some fresh cream along with cornflour , some lemon zest which is optional , and vanilla extract .
This filling goes on top of our biscuit base and then into the oven in a water bath .
For the topping , you need blueberries along with sugar , some lemon juice , 4 tablespoons of water and cornflour slurry .
Once the blueberries break down and the topping is thick , put it onto our baked and cooled cheesecake before you slice it and dig it .
This is so good .
