The movie musical now has propelled past the $100 million mark in North America .
Meanwhile , the Jason Momoa led Aquaman has earned only $52.5 million domestically illumination and Universal's migration has moved up to the number two spot behind Wonka .
The family film earned $6.3 million .
Wednesday for a domestic total of $30.6 million .
Aquaman two followed in third place with $5.9 million .
The Oprah Winfrey and Steven Spielberg produced musical adaptation , the color purple .
