Swastika being emblazoned on the most beautiful carrera marble columns that you've ever seen and uh graffiti all over the place , garbage on the roads and the highways coming in when you look at presidents of other nations and prime ministers and kings and Queens coming into Washington DC and their cars are riding over garbage and the median in between , you know , the metal that somebody made a fortune .

I've never seen every place has it .

And it's always broken , right ?

It's always broken if somebody got a lot of money to do that .

But do you ever notice that chairman ?

They're always broken , they're falling down all the time .

But it's disgusting .

They're all graffiti laden .

They're bent .

They're terrible .

The asphalt hasn't been repaid for many years .

And you're riding into the United States of America and you're seeing and they have slums , they have slums .

We have to take out the slums .

We're gonna take out the slums .

We're gonna treat people nicely , but we have to take out the slums .

We can't let homeless stay in the middle of our magnificent parks under the Washington Monument and other places , we're gonna clean up Washington DC and we're gonna make it a crime free zone .

There's not gonna be any crime .

We're gonna have laws , but we're gonna have to take it over .

We're gonna federalize it .

We're gonna take it over , we're gonna run it and we're gonna run it properly .

We're gonna run it very , very strongly .

And , uh , there's not gonna be people shot .

People come in from your state .

They want to go see Washington .

So they come in from New Hampshire , they walk down the road , they end up getting shot and , uh , it's a very dangerous place right now .

We're gonna take it back and we're gonna get rid of the crime and we're gonna fix it up , clean it up and , uh , we're gonna make it the most beautiful capital in the world and the safest capital in the world , we're gonna do it very quickly too .
