No , what's going on guys , we're back once again and today I'm gonna be showing you guys how to make , bro , bro .
So we're gonna go ahead and start off with the ingredients .
We're gonna need a 18 inch vanilla cake , right ?
So you guys don't necessarily need to do it an eight inch , you could do it with any size cake .
Keep in mind the bigger the cake , the more milk you're gonna need .
All right .
So we have some evaporated milk evaporating .
So we have evaporated , we have condensed , we have and we have the secret ingredient .
Cinnamon .
Yes .
So um All right .
So reason why I do two parts um evaporated to these because I only use one on one .
It's because I don't want it to be too thick , right ?
Because I want it to get so like I want the milk to get sucked in .
You get me like a sponge .
So I use two of these , which is thinner milk .
This , this milk right here is thin , you know , it's not too thick and condensed .
Obviously , it's pretty thick .
That's gonna sweeten it .
So you don't need to add sugar or nothing .
And So yeah , so you have a bigger cake , you just double the , the ingredients .
So you're gonna get four of these , two of these , two of those .
And it all depends on how much milk you want in the cake .
It's a really good technique too .
You know , there's some guy that I saw on youtube .
I mean , I watch all his videos .
He's really good .
What's his name ?
Yeah , he's really good .
I mean , he , he makes a lot of milk like mix and a tub and then he just literally puts his cakes in there , takes them out , put them , you know , he just like dips them .
That's bad ass .
You can honestly make like but one batch and then another batch and another batch and then you'll have a lot of milk .
So what he does though is he puts gallons of milk like he uses whole milk and condensed and you know , or whatever but we use .
So his is super , super wet and it's super thin because he uses whole milk , you know , he uses more whole milk than anything else .
Um Yeah , I mean it doesn't have to be too thin but as long as um the cake is not , you know , butter cream , I mean we could do butter cream , I guess but the thicker the cake , the harder it is to decorate because you have to have it out for longer periods of time .
So II I recommend that you guys just do it , um , with , and it's quicker , you know .
Yeah .
So actually that's why we only have one of the cakes , even though we bake two of them .
Um , let him know how you do it .
He bakes that cake different pretty much for this one .
I beat the eggs for like five minutes so they could get like fluffy and then you add your mix , you know , like slowly you add your mix .
So that way um it could be spongy , right ?
He's Portuguese and he only uses three ingredients .
He uses um No , no , no , no .

So you'll need a whisk .
Obviously you'll need a plastic , you'll need your bowl to add your milk .
The bigger , the more obviously , the more milk , the bigger , the more .
All right , let's do it .
Make sure you shake well , it says it right here to shake .
Well , make sure you shake open it with a can opener unless you your are really sharp .
You see how thick that is .

Yeah , she , she thick , thick boom boom and this shake it .
Well , as well .

So , so there it is it pretty fit in there but we made it fit so for this the cinnamon we're gonna add about I would say two tablespoons .
Ok ?
So you can have the flavor you know , but it's not gonna overpower it .

I I want you guys to taste it like if you try it , let me know post it and I'll , you know , we'll report you guys and so make sure you mix , mix it really good .

You know the cinnamon could like deeply go into the milk and not just , you know , not just stay on top the whole time .
Now if you have a hand mixer , it'll be faster and a bigger bowl , it'd be way faster , you know .
But as you could see this is a like a small bowl and it filled it up all the way just because you wanna get a big bowl .

So there it is cool .

So let's cut our cake now .
Hell yeah .
So there it is , you guys could taste it too and put your , you know , your pinky in there and taste it .
Don't do that because people go crazy or you can just , oh my God , I could just see the comment .

So now we're gonna take out our cake obviously and we're gonna cut it , we're gonna cut the top off .
So we got a serrated knife and if you're good , if you're good at leveling , you could just cut it with your serrated knife .
And if not , you can just use the All right cool .
So , all right .
So we cut it like this cool .
The milk could get sucked in in here , right ?
But I want the milk to be everywhere .
So , so that way I can take off all this brown right here .
OK ?
Because right here like if you see the milk is not gonna suck it in because it's like literally not spongy here you get me OK ?
So you wanna cut off all of the brown stuff on top .
OK .
So make sure you cut the top like all of like all the so there you go .
Oh OK .
It's real like real nice and spongy .
OK .
So there's a lot of air in there .
The way this works is you wanna make sure that your cake is not cold , right ?
Don't when it , when it's cold it's harder to for the cake to get sucked in .
So I baked it and then I let it sit outside for like maybe an hour and then that's when you make it and then before you put it like before you put it in the fridge , you make sure you put the milk .
OK ?

So the way this works too is if you're gonna cut it now .
Like if you say you're gonna put filling right ?
You have to either cut it right now or if you have two cakes , you have to make them separate .
You know what I'm saying ?
So since we wanna put filling or wants to put filling , we're gonna have to cut it right now and then we're gonna need two pans .
So I'm gonna need another pen so I can put one on one .
Give me just rock paper scissors and we're not gonna add a filling .
I wanted a filling but he's not going to add a filling .
It's easier for me .
I mean , not easier but I mean it's all right .
But like you said , if you're going to add a feeling , all right .
So we're gonna add um plastic to our , the one that you baked it in .
Just put plastic on that .
Yeah , just put it like this .
Make sure it kind of hangs from the sides .
That way you could like put it in , you get me .
So I'm gonna go like this .
Put your pen and you wanna just make sure that you put , put the plastic in there .

So what we're gonna do now is we add our , our cake back in there right now .
We're gonna put a cake back in there .

We're gonna poke it with a fork .

So just make sure you mix it well , again , that way you could get a little bit of everything .
We're gonna start by putting it like in the edges .

But just make sure you add a lot of it .
So that way you guys could like , you know , the the bread could really absorb it and it could have like it could be wet .

So we're gonna let it absorb like that .
I mean it's gonna , you're gonna have a lot left over because obviously this is enough for like 2828 inches .

Right now that it's not , it's not like really soaking it in anymore .
It's still gonna hold like in on the bottom , it's still gonna soak OK .
So what we wanna do is that kind of color ?
Yeah .
Cover it .
So once you cover it , throw it in the fridge for a whole hour and then we're gonna take it out and we'll decorate it .

So we took it out of the fridge .
Spent an hour and wow , look at that .
It is all a , so look at that .
See that or it'll sort of all the milk literally .

It already looks like I wanna eat it .
So now what you do is hold it , hold it , hold it , hold it .
Then I took it out .

So um if you have two , you would take out your first one and then add your filling and then take out your second one .
