The word biryani itself makes us true .
And oftentimes we don't have the time to make an elaborate dumb biryani .
So I've come up with a very simple recipe for you guys .
Today , we're gonna make a pressure cooker egg biryani with a nice by the side .
And this is gonna be my style .
So let's get started and check out the recipe .
Take a pan , pour two tablespoons of oil .
First , I'm gonna fry the onions .
I've taken one large onion sliced , keep the flame on high and brown , the onions .
So you can see the onions are nice and brown .
Turn off the stove and keep them aside to the pan .
I'm going to fry six boiled eggs before you fry the eggs just make slits .
I'm gonna add a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder .
One teaspoon of red chili powder qualities , consult , keep the flame on low .
You don't want to burn the chili powder .
I'm going to add the boiled eggs to the pans , roast the eggs for about two minutes .
You can see it's coated with the masala beautifully .
Keep the flame on low .
Keep the roast of eggs aside .
Take a pressure cooker , add two tablespoons of G and one tablespoon of oil to this .
I'm gonna add one piece of cinnamon , one star , three carbon pots .
A few cloves , two bay leaves , two medium sized onions , thinly sliced .
You salted the onions to the golden brown color .
The onions have come to a golden brown color to this .
I'm gonna add three green chilies slip .
I add half a teaspoon of ginger garlic past let's add three small tomatoes finely chopped .
Yeah .
To this , I'm gonna add one teaspoon of salt .
I've taken half cup of curd to this .
I'm gonna add a few spice powders starting with two teaspoons of red chili powder .
One teaspoon coriander powder , quarter teaspoon turmeric powder , one teaspoon masala powder , mix it all together .
Once the tomatoes are mushy , add the curd mixture of course , cook for five minutes on medium flame to this .
I'm gonna add half a bunch of coriander leaves chopped .
Next , I'm gonna add half a bunch of mint leaves .
Mix it for a minute .
Next .
Add the soaked rice .
Rice has been soaking for 30 minutes .
Now , I've taken 300 g of basmati rice , gently mix the rice for 300 g of rice .
I'm using two cups of water .
This is about 500 ml of water .
I'm gonna add about one teaspoon of salt , place the eggs into the pressure cooker .
One by one .
I'm just going to add a few fried onions , just add a few chopped underneath close the pressure cooker place the weight once the steam comes out and cook for about 10 minutes on medium low flame .
After 10 minutes turn off the pressure cooker and let it rest for about 10 minutes before opening the egg Biyani is done .
It looks absolutely delicious .
I can't wait to get a bite of this .
Serve it hot with some onion right by the side .
