Today we're making giant toothpaste slime without glue .
Wait , that doesn't look right .
That's better before we make the slime check out what I got in the mail .
It's my silver play button .
Thanks to all of you for making it happen .
You are all awesome .
Whoa , we almost had a face reveal there .
So I already made a giant toothpaste lime , a giant foam toothpaste line and a giant toothpaste lime stress ball .
I've gotten a lot of requests to make slime without glue or slime with ingredients that are available everywhere in the world .
So this video is for you .
Good thing toothpaste was on sale .
Start by putting your toothpaste in a bowl .
This looks like it could be a bowl of eels or alien brains .
Kind of weird after you stir the toothpaste to make sure it's blended .
Well , start waving it for about 1 to 2 minutes at a time .
Stir it every time you take it out of the microwave , you'll notice that it starts to thicken after a little while .
Be careful when handling this because a large batch like this gets pretty hot .
Yeah , maybe not that hot like that .
Anyway , you could get burned if you're not careful in total .
This took about 20 minutes .
But if you made a small amount , it would only take a couple of minutes once it's the consistency of like a thick biscuit batter .
Let it sit until it's cool enough to touch while that's cooling .
Let's test some other toothpaste .
No matter how much I heated this toothpaste , it wouldn't thicken enough .
In fact , it eventually splattered all over the inside of the microwave .
Whoops .
This toothpaste thickened after about two minutes .
All right .
Let's finish our big slide .
Now that it's cool .
I can start to need it .
Added several pumps of hand lotion to make it stretchy .
Then I added baby oil to make it less sticky .
Yeah , I also added lotion and oil to the small slime .
You could skip those ingredients if you wanted , but it won't have the same texture .
Be sure to keep this slime in an airtight container or it will harden and you'll end up with the most lovely smelling brick .
So , here's what I found out .
The two toothpaste that work were part gel and part paste .
The one that failed was only gel .
I'm sure it has something to do with moisture content , but basically a gel paste combo should work for you .
Thanks for watching .
